Abstract

El presente trabajo académico denominado Monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para fortalecer la práctica docente en la aplicación de estrategias para la escritura de textos en la Institución Educativa .N° 32271 - Huánuco. Cuyo objetivo es implementar un modelo de gestión basado en el monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para fortalecer la práctica docente en la aplicación de estrategias para la escritura de textos en la Institución Educativa N° 32271 - Huánuco como participantes son cuatro docentes del nivel primario, padres de familia y el directivo El tipo de investigación es aplicada y su enfoque es cualitativo, es decir abierta, flexible y holística, cuyo propósito fue fortalecer la práctica docente en la aplicación de estrategias para la escritura de textos en la Institución Educativa .N° 32271. Se aplicó la técnica de la entrevista y como instrumento la guía de la entrevista, a las docentes una muestra de 9 interrogantes; con la finalidad de identificar su percepción de las estrategias didácticas en la escritura de textos del área de comunicación, utilizando la estrategia del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación. Se concluye con la necesidad de implementar estrategias, y dirigirá la ruta de cambio de los docentes involucrados quienes serán expertos en el dominio de las estrategias para escribir textos, muy emotivos y motivados a seguir mejorando. También, es necesario como líder pedagógico, que se trabaje con los docentes del III, IV y V Ciclo y que se empoderen del manejo de estrategias para escribir textos en los estudiantes y se autoevalúen realizando una reflexión de su práctica pedagógica y que ello favorezca y repercuta en los estudiantes.

It concludes with the need to implement strategies, and will direct the path of change of the teachers involved who will be experts in the domain of strategies for writing texts, very emotional and motivated to continue improving. Also, as a pedagogical leader, it is necessary to work with the teachers of the III, IV and V Cycle and that they empower themselves in the management of strategies to write texts in the students and self-assess themselves by reflecting on their pedagogical practice and that this favors and impact on students.
