Gestión de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para mejorar la práctica docente en el área de comunicación del nivel secundario en la Institución Educativa N° 0413 – Tocache

Abstract

La investigación que se plantea posee como objetivo general Optimizar la Gestión de Monitoreo, Acompañamiento y Evaluación para mejorar la práctica docente en el área de Comunicación del nivel secundario en la Institución Educativa N° 0413 de Tocache, cuyos participantes son los miembros del equipo directivo, docentes, estudiantes del nivel secundaria y padres de familia, el Director General y dos Sub Directores constituyen el equipo directivo, los cuales se encuentran ubicados en la IV escala magisterial, tenemos 45 docentes del nivel secundario, 32 nombrados y 13 contratados, de los cuales 07 corresponden al área de Comunicación, ubicados entre la primera a la tercera escala magisterial, se cuenta con 664 estudiantes del primero al quinto grado, cuyas edades oscilan entre 11 y 17 años, su participación es constante y activa, los 780 padres de familia están organizados por la Asociación de Padres de Familia los cuales cumplen con sus deberes y obligaciones emanadas por su asociación. El diseño de estudio, es Investigación Acción Participativa y se ha utilizado como instrumento la encuesta a profundidad, proponemos un Plan de Monitoreo, Acompañamiento y Evaluación para mejorar la práctica docente en el área de Comunicación, que repercutirá en un buen desempeño docente y en aprendizajes de calidad. Para lo cual se requiere de la participación de toda la comunidad educativa, especialmente de "un líder que influye, inspira y moviliza las acciones de la comunidad educativa en función de lo pedagógico
