Gestión curricular para favorecer el desarrollo de las competencias del área de matemática del nivel primaria en la Institución Educativa Nº 32492 “Antonio Raymondi” – Las Vegas - Tingo María - Huánuco

Abstract

El Plan de Acción tiene por objeto mejorar la gestión curricular basado en el enfoque de resolución de problemas en el área de matemática del nivel primario en la Institución Educativa Nº 32492 “Antonio Raymondi” - Las Vegas, pues el diagnóstico realizado nos muestra bajos niveles de aprendizaje. En esa línea, se busca promover el conocimiento y dominio disciplinar del área de matemática, conocer las necesidades educativas y características de los estudiantes a partir de una diagnóstico, hacer uso eficiente de materiales, medios y recursos didácticos y efectivizar los procesos de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación pedagógica para mejorar la práctica pedagógica docente. El plan incluye a estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia con el liderazgo directivo. Para ello prepara el clima institucional favorable y el compromiso de todos los agentes educativos para la mejora de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes. Las herramientas que nos permitirán ejecutar y evaluar el plan son: la técnica de observación y como instrumento el cuaderno de campo y registro, la técnica documental que usa las fichas de monitoreo, evaluación y la entrevista que tiene como instrumentos a la guía. En cuanto al diseño, es Investigación Acción Participación y corresponde al tipo cualitativo, en este diseño, se trabajó el diagnóstico situacional de la Institución, problematizada el aspecto se plantea una acción para modificarla, con la participación de todos los agentes educativos, principalmente docentes, para quienes está dirigido el plan de acción.
