Gestión curricular en la expresión oral en la práctica pedagógica del ciclo avanzado del Centro de Educación Básica Alternativa del distrito de alto Selva Alegre – Arequipa

Abstract

El presente plan de acción surge del diagnóstico realizado al resultado de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes del ciclo avanzado del CEBA Ludwig Van Beethoven y a la motivación existente entre el personal docente de haber concluido en la causa del mismo por lo que se planteó como plan de acción la “Gestión curricular en la expresión oral en la práctica pedagógica del ciclo avanzado del centro de educación básica alternativa de la urbanización independencia del distrito de Alto Selva Alegre-Arequipa planteándose como objetivo general mejorar la gestión curricular en la expresión oral mediante la implementación del plan de trabajo colegiado en la práctica pedagógica del ciclo avanzado del CEBA Ludwig Van Beethoven del distrito de Alto Selva Alegre en el que se encuentran comprometidos el directivo y personal docente de la institución. Según el enfoque es una investigación cualitativa. El enfoque cualitativo es abierto porque los instrumentos a utilizar permiten recoger la información de todos los actores educativos; es flexible porque permite al investigador que sus observaciones e impresiones del campo sean documentadas para luego transformarse y formar parte de la interpretación. Es una investigación aplicada educacional de nivel descriptivo. Surge como necesidad de generar cambios en el nivel de aprendizajes de los estudiantes de nuestro CEBA por ello es fundamental que a nivel de directivo y personal docente se gestione los cambios curriculares que permitan el logro de los objetivos planteados. Para que la gestión curricular pueda ser revertida debe existir un compromiso del personal docente como agente educativo ya que este se convierte en un ente articulador del componente expresión oral con todas las áreas curriculares del ciclo; es por ello que al existir el compromiso docente, el primer paso es la implementación de los mismos en el manejo de estrategias metodológicas que les permitan en un segundo nivel la diversificación de contenidos de todas las áreas curriculares con este componente. También en el presente plan se realza la importancia del trabajo VI colegiado como eje fundamental en el logro del objetivo planteado que es mejorar la deficiente gestión curricular para ello el conocimiento de las bondades del MAE.

According to the approach it is a qualitative research. The qualitative approach is open because the instruments to be used allow the collection of information from all educational actors; it is flexible because it allows the researcher his observations and impressions of the field to be documented to later transform and form part of the interpretation. It is an applied educational research of descriptive level. It arises as a need to generate changes in the level of learning of the students of our CEBA, for this reason it is essential that at the level of directors and teaching staff the curricular changes are managed that allow the achievement of the proposed objectives. In order for curricular management to be reversed, there must be a commitment from the teaching staff as an educational agent, since this becomes an articulating entity of the oral expression component with all the curricular areas of the cycle; That is why, when there is a teaching commitment, the first step is their implementation in the management of methodological strategies that allow them, at a second level, to diversify the contents of all curricular areas with this component. Also in this plan, the importance of collegiate VI work is highlighted as a fundamental axis in achieving the stated objective, which is to improve the deficient curricular management, for this, the knowledge of the benefits of the MAE.
