Gestión del monitoreo y acompañamiento a los docentes para fortalecer los aprendizajes en las áreas de matemática y comunicación en el nivel secundaria de la I.E. Albert Einstein de Huaracalla

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico denominado plan de acción es de tipo cualitativo, tiene como objetivo central el incrementar los niveles de aprendizaje en las áreas de comunicación y matemática del nivel secundaria de la IE Albert Einstein. Con ese propósito se ha realizado una serie de actividades: identificar la principal dificultad en nuestra institución educativa, descripción de la problemática, consignar sus referencias teóricas, las estrategias de cómo llevar a cabo la tarea. Coadyuvar en que el monitoreo y el acompañamiento sean fuentes desde donde se impulse el logro de mejores resultados respecto del desempeño docente, y por consiguiente, incrementar los niveles de logros de aprendizaje. La actual experiencia de trabajo académico tiene por propósito mejorar el nivel logro de aprendizaje en comunicación y matemática en la I.E. IE Albert Einstein. Con esa finalidad se realizaron: la entrevista a profundidad, el monitoreo y acompañamiento al desempeño de esos docentes, los resultados se analizaron e interpretaron. En consecuencia, con ese objetivo se plantea como alternativa de solución la realización de círculos de interaprendizaje, reuniones colegiadas entre otros.

The present academic work called action plan is of a qualitative type, its main objective is to increase the levels of learning in the areas of communication and mathematics at the secondary level of the IE Albert Einstein. With this purpose, a series of activities have been carried out: identify the main difficulty in our educational institution, description of the problem, record its theoretical references, strategies on how to carry out the task. Help make monitoring and accompaniment sources from which the achievement of better results regarding teaching performance is promoted, and therefore, increase the levels of learning achievement. The current academic work experience has the purpose of improving the level of learning achievement in communication and mathematics in the I.E. IE Albert Einstein. For this purpose, the following were carried out: the in-depth interview, the monitoring and accompaniment of the performance of these teachers, the results were analyzed and interpreted. Consequently, with this objective, the realization of mutual learning circles, collegiate meetings, among others, is proposed as an alternative solution.
