Percepción de la calidad de enseñanza en una institución educativa privada de Lima

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar la percepción de la calidad de la enseñanza entre los docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia del quinto al sexto año del nivel primario y del primero al segundo año del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Innova Schools para lo cual se aplicó el cuestionario que mide la percepción de calidad educativa a una muestra conformada por 355 estudiantes nivel primario y secundario, 355 familias y 26 docentes que conforman la muestra, seleccionados no aleatoriamente. Se empleó un diseño de tipo descriptivocomparativo. Los resultados indicaron que no existen diferencias significativas de la percepción de la calidad entre los docentes del quinto al segundo grado del nivel secundario, solo se comprueba la hipótesis a los grados de sexto de primaria y primero de secundaria. Por otro lado se comprueba que si existen significativas diferencias entre los quinto al segundo grado del nivel secundario, lo contrario se da en el primero y segundo grado de secundaria. Por último se comprueba que no existen diferencias significativas entre los padres de familia del quinto al segundo grado del nivel secundario. Solo existe diferencia en el quinto y sexto del nivel primario como en el sexto y séptimo grado del nivel secundario.

The objective of this research was to analyze the perception of the quality of teaching among teachers, students and parents from the fifth to sixth year of the primary level and from the first to the second year of the secondary level of the Innova Schools Educational Institution for which was applied the questionnaire that measures the perception of educational quality to a sample consisting of 355 primary and secondary level students, 355 families and 26 teachers that make up the sample, selected non-randomly. A design of descriptive-comparative type was used. The results indicated that there are no significant differences in the perception of quality among teachers from the fifth to the second grade of the secondary level, only the hypothesis is tested at the sixth grade of primary and the first of secondary. On the other hand it is verified that if there are significant differences between the fifth and second grade of the secondary level, the opposite occurs in the first and second grade of secondary. Finally, it is verified that there are no significant differences between the parents of the fifth to second grade of the secondary level. There is only difference in the fifth and sixth of the primary level as in the sixth and seventh grades of the secondary level
