Estrés y clima laboral en docentes de tres instituciones educativas privadas

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el nivel de estrés laboral y el nivel de clima laboral en docentes de tres instituciones educativas privadas. Corresponde a un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional no causal. El tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico censal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 125 docentes de ambos sexos, cuyas edades comprendían entre 25 y 65 años. Para medir las variables de utilizaron la Escala ED-6 y la Escala del Clima Laboral CL – SPC. Las conclusiones son que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa, de tendencia negativa entre el estrés laboral y el clima laboral en docentes de tres instituciones educativas privadas. The present study had as its general objective to determine the relationship between the level of work stress and the level of work environment in teachers from three private educational institutions. It corresponds to a non-experimental, cross-sectional and non-causal correlational design. The type of sampling was non-probabilistic census. The sample consisted of 125 teachers of both sexes, whose ages ranged from 25 to 65 years. To measure the variables, the ED-6 scale and the CL – SPC work environment were used. The conclusions are that there is a statistically significant relationship, with a negative tendency, between work stress and work environment in teachers from three private educational institutions. The implications of the results have been discussed
