Gestión curricular en talleres de expresión en lenguajes artísticos a través de comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje en la Institución Educativa Inicial 4 de octubre del distrito de Socabaya - Arequipa

Abstract

El presente Proyecto de Plan de Acción fue planteado por el problema priorizado cual es la deficiente gestión curricular en talleres de expresión en lenguajes artísticos, tiene como objetivo mejorar la gestión de la planificación curricular en talleres mediante la implementación de comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje en la Institución Educativa Inicial 4 de Octubre del Distrito de Socabaya, para ello se considera a los participantes como la directora, especialistas que fortalecerán la práctica pedagógica de las docentes siendo los beneficiarios docentes, niños, quienes lograrán mejores resultados en el logro de aprendizajes y las docentes mejorarán su práctica pedagógica también me motiva llevar adelante este plan de acción, por los cambios y transformaciones en la planificación, aplicación de estrategias, materiales y mobiliario para un mejor servicio y atención integral de los niños además de el empoderamiento de las docentes en estrategias activas, dinámicas que desarrollan niños creativos, reflexivos y críticos. La metodología del presente plan de acción es Diseño de investigación acción participativa, ya que parte de una problemática que se presenta en la IE que pretendemos resolver a través de las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje, los instrumentos que usaremos serán la guía de entrevista del focus group, el cuestionario, la guía de preguntas de entrevista aplicada a las docentes para tener en claro los objetivos y las acciones que planteamos, mediante las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje realizaremos la planificación curricular, elaboración de materiales pertinentes para la ejecución de talleres, la elaboración del plan de MAE y su ejecución, la sensibilización de docentes de la importancia de la implementación de comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje y su respectivo plan para el desarrollo de sus diferentes actividades. El plan de acción nos enseña que debemos realizar un diagnóstico de la problemática presentada en la IE planteando la solución al problema con acciones que respondan a la realidad y se puedan ejecutar, las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje nos permiten organizarnos y planificar en equipo con un trabajo colaborativo para lograr aprendizajes significativos en los niños.

The action plan teaches us that we must carry out a diagnosis of the problem presented in EI, proposing the solution to the problem with actions that respond to reality and can be executed, professional learning communities allow us to organize and plan as a team with a job Collaborative to achieve significant learning in children.
