Gestión curricular para mejorar el desarrollo de la competencia de comprensión de textos en el nivel Secundaria En La Institución Educativa Inca Pachacutec Obas 2018

Abstract

EL objetivo general de este plan consiste es fortalecer en la competencia comprensión de textos en nivel secundaria de la Institución Educativa Inca Pachacutec Obas 2018, responde al problema identificado, por lo que se ha contextualizado de acuerdo a nuestra realidad, para responder a las principales necesidades e intereses más urgentes que necesita resolverse a fin de buscar la mejora de los aprendizajes, especialmente ayude a resolver los problemas de estrategia metodológica y los procesos didácticos en el desarrollo de las actividades educativas en aprendizaje del estudiante aplicados por los docentes en el aula, de mismo modo nos permitirá a fortalecer el liderazgo y práctica pedagógica en nuestra I,E. Para ello se ha utilizado técnicas e instrumentos, la encuesta porque es un conjunto de preguntas que debe ser respondida por otras personas el instrumento utilizado es la encuesta por el contenido de preguntas para, resolver o para desarrollar de manera abierta, que nos ha permitido conocer la realidad educativa de nuestra Institución Educativa de los últimos tres años, asimismo se ha identificado las debilidades y fortalezas de los actores involucrados (Director, docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia), se ha planteado diversos estrategia para contrarrestar las causas y efectos para fortalecer el objetivo del plan que se beneficiara la comunidad educativa, asimismo se ha asumido compromisos y se ha propuestos la opción del resultado de la dificultad priorizado
