Gestión en el monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente en la Institución Educativa Inicial Ángeles de Paz del distrito de Alto Selva Alegre - Arequipa

Abstract

“Siempre parece imposible hasta que se hace” (Nelson Mandela) fue la frase que impulsó la realización de este trabajo porque me permitió reflexionar sobre el proceso educativos de la institución y cómo poder modificar aspectos negativos que se estaban presentando al ejecutar este plan de acción que propone una investigación acción participativa de tipo educacional descriptivo y propositivo para el mejoramiento de la calidad educativa a través del presente trabajo denominado: “Gestión en el monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente en la I.E.I. Ángeles de Paz del distrito de Alto Selva Alegre”, cuyo objetivo mejorar la gestión en ele monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente a través de la implementación del Plan de MAE de la institución en mención siendo el principal actor el director. El método de investigación es inductivo, y con el plan de monitoreo se busca recolectar, analizar y utilizar la información, para actuar y tomar decisiones para elaborar un plan de mejora para dar respuesta a las necesidades de capacitación docente y mejorar la práctica pedagógica. Para ello se identificó el problema: “Deficiente gestión en el monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente en la IEI Ángeles de Paz” y que con la alternativa de solución: implementar un plan de MAE para mejorar la práctica pedagógica de las docentes, en el manejo de los procesos pedagógicos y didácticos se dará solución al problema. Es necesario mencionar la importancia del MAE considerando sus conceptos para ejecutarlos y obtener los resultados que cada uno precisa. El presente plan de acción es de gran utilidad porque nos permite actuar frente a problemas educativos y darles solución de manera oportuna y pertinente y debe ser implementado por el directivo por ser un líder pedagógico.

"It always seems impossible until it is done" (Nelson Mandela) was the phrase that prompted the completion of this work because it helped me reflect on the educational process of the institution and how to modify negative aspects that were occurring when executing this plan of action that proposes a participatory action research of a descriptive and purposeful educational type for the improvement of educational quality through the present work called: "Management in monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice in the I.E.I. Ángeles de Paz of the district of Alto Selva Alegre", whose objective is to improve management in monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice through the implementation of the MAE Plan of the institution in question, with the principal being the main actor. The research method is inductive, and the monitoring plan seeks to collect, analyze and use the information, to act and make decisions to develop an improvement plan to respond to teacher training needs and improve pedagogical practice. For this, the problem was identified: "Deficient management in the monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of the teaching practice in the IEI Ángeles de Paz" and that with the alternative solution: implement a MAE plan to improve the pedagogical practice of teachers, in the management of pedagogical and didactic processes, a solution to the problem will be given. It is necessary to mention the importance of the MAE considering its concepts to execute them and obtain the results that each one needs. This action plan is very useful because it allows us to act against educational problems and provide solutions in a timely and relevant manner and must be implemented by the manager for being a pedagogical leader.
