Plan de fortalecimiento de capacidades docentes en planificación curricular en la institución educativa pública integrada “Aldea Infantil Virgen del Pilar”, distrito Morales, provincia y región San Martín, 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico titulado “Plan de fortalecimiento de capacidades docentes en planificación curricular en la Institución Educativa Pública Integrada “Aldea Infantil Virgen del Pilar”, distrito Morales, provincia y región San Martín, 2018”, tiene como objetivo general el de “Diseñar un Plan de fortalecimiento de capacidades docentes en planificación curricular en la institución educativa pública integrada “Aldea Infantil Virgen del Pilar”, distrito Morales, provincia y región San Martín, 2018, la misma que se desarrolla con la participación del director y los docentes. El plan de acción tiene como propósito fortalecer la gestión curricular a través de una eficiente capacitación y jornadas de reflexión y análisis sobre planificación curricular y por ende la mejora de la práctica pedagógica. Como metodología se utilizó el diseño la Investigación acción participativa, de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cualitativo; se utilizó como instrumento de recojo de información la guía de entrevista, estuvo conformado por un conjunto de preguntas con respecto a las categorías, lo que permitió identificar el problema a atender a través de un conjunto de acciones planteando la alternativa de solución más viable que recae en la propuesta de un “plan de fortalecimiento de capacidades docentes en planificación curricular” y para poder plantear dicha propuesta se ha realizado la revisión de diferentes teorías tales como la propuesta por Fancy Castro (2005), Cassasus (2000), citado por Gómez (2015), Zabalza (1995), mencionado por Robles (2005) y el Ministerio de Educación (2012-2017) sobre Gestión curricular. En este proceso de investigación se ha podido concluir que existe la necesidad de fortalecer las competencias profesionales de los docentes en diversificación y contextualización para una adecuada planificación curricular; implementar diversas estrategias como grupos de inter aprendizaje, jornadas de reflexión y análisis, talleres de formación en servicio y talleres de capacitación para mejorar la planificación de unidades y sesiones de aprendizaje que respondan a las necesidades de los estudiantes y un fortalecimiento permanente de las capacidades docentes en planificación curricular por parte del director y esto de por sí ya es un compromiso adquirido.

As a methodology, the participatory action research design was used, of an applied type, with a qualitative approach; The interview guide was used as an instrument for collecting information, it consisted of a set of questions regarding the categories, which allowed the identification of the problem to be addressed through a set of actions, proposing the most viable alternative solution that falls in the proposal of a "plan for strengthening teaching capacities in curricular planning" and in order to present said proposal, a review of different theories has been carried out, such as the one proposed by Fancy Castro (2005), Cassasus (2000), cited by Gómez ( 2015), Zabalza (1995), mentioned by Robles (2005) and the Ministry of Education (2012-2017) on Curricular Management. In this research process it has been possible to conclude that there is a need to strengthen the professional skills of teachers in diversification and contextualization for adequate curricular planning; implement various strategies such as inter-learning groups, days of reflection and analysis, in-service training workshops and training workshops to improve the planning of learning units and sessions that respond to the needs of students and a permanent strengthening of teaching capacities in curricular planning by the director and this in itself is already an acquired commitment.
