Gestión del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente para el aprendizaje de la matemática en la institución educativa Micaela Bastidas del distrito de Arequipa - Arequipa

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se propone y se fundamenta un plan de acción para fortalecer la gestión del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente mediante la implementación del Monitoreo Acompañamiento y Evaluación orientado a la mejora de la práctica docente para el logro del aprendizaje de la matemática en las estudiantes de la IE Micaela Bastidas del cercado de Arequipa implementando programas de fortalecimiento docente, reformulando el plan de Monitoreo Acompañamiento y Evaluación de la práctica docente, promoviendo el trabajo colegiado para mejorar la práctica docente que a su vez mejorará el aprendizaje de las estudiantes en esta área. El diseño empleado es la Investigación acción en su variante Investigación acción participativa y que a su vez corresponde al tipo de investigación aplicada. Las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en el recojo de información para el diagnóstico y descripción del problema han sido la encuesta mediante un cuestionario, focus group, observación mediante fichas de observación y el análisis del problema mediante la técnica del árbol de problemas y objetivos.

In the present work an action plan is proposed and based to strengthen the management of monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice through the implementation of Monitoring Accompaniment and Evaluation oriented to the improvement of teaching practice for the achievement of learning of the mathematics in the students of the IE Micaela Bastidas of the Arequipa fence, implementing teacher strengthening programs, reformulating the plan for Monitoring, Accompaniment and Evaluation of teaching practice, promoting collegiate work to improve teaching practice, which in turn will improve the learning of the students in this area. The design used is Action Research in its Participatory Action Research variant and which in turn corresponds to the type of applied research. The techniques and instruments used in the collection of information for the diagnosis and description of the problem have been the survey by means of a questionnaire, focus group, observation by means of observation sheets and the analysis of the problem by means of the technique of the tree of problems and objectives.
