Gestión curricular en la planificación de unidades didácticas del nivel de educación inicial de la institución educativa Regina Mundi del distrito Yanahuara – Arequipa

Abstract

La evaluación del desempeño docente implementada por el MED comprendió a las docentes de nuestra institución educativa en el primer tramo, este proceso originó una serie de reflexiones del equipo y la necesidad de mejorar el desempeño de las docentes, por otra parte como resultado del monitoreo se pudo identificar debilidades en el proceso de planificación curricular que originaron niveles de desempeño más bajos, lo que motivo el interés de las docentes por realizar el plan de acción: Implementación del Trabajo Colegiado, cuyo objetivo general es fortalecer la adecuada gestión curricular en la planificación de las unidades didácticas, en la que participaran todas las docentes de la institución educativa. La metodología que se utilizará corresponde a un enfoque cualitativo, que es abierto, flexible y holístico, es una investigación aplicada con diseño de investigación acción que involucra la participación de la comunidad educativa de la institución, los instrumentos que se han utilizado son el diagnostico situacional pedagógico, las fichas de monitoreo, las rúbricas de observación de aula, la ficha de revisión documental de las planificaciones curriculares, entrevista y lista de cotejo, los que han permitido la elaboración del plan de acción. Involucrarse en la mejora de los aprendizajes implica necesariamente la mejora de los procesos de planificación, los docentes no mejoraran sus prácticas si antes no han reflexionado sobre las mismas y han puesto en marcha acciones que les permitan mejorarlas, es por ello que durante el presente año escolar se implementará el plan de acción que se constituye en una herramienta muy importante para alcanzar esta meta.

The evaluation of the teaching performance implemented by the MED included the teachers of our educational institution in the first section, this process originated a series of reflections of the team and the need to improve the performance of the teachers, on the other hand as a result of the monitoring was able to identify weaknesses in the curricular planning process that led to lower performance levels, which motivated the interest of teachers in carrying out the action plan: Implementation of Collegiate Work, whose general objective is to strengthen adequate curricular management in planning the didactic units, in which all the teachers of the educational institution will participate. The methodology that will be used corresponds to a qualitative approach, which is open, flexible and holistic, it is an applied research with an action research design that involves the participation of the educational community of the institution, the instruments that have been used are the situational diagnosis pedagogy, the monitoring sheets, the classroom observation rubrics, the documentary review sheet of the curricular plans, the interview and the checklist, which have allowed the elaboration of the action plan. Getting involved in the improvement of learning necessarily implies the improvement of planning processes, teachers will not improve their practices if they have not previously reflected on them and have implemented actions that allow them to improve them, which is why during this year school, the action plan will be implemented, which is a very important tool to achieve this goal.
