Plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación a la práctica docente para fortalecer la gestión curricular de la institución educativa nº 172-nivel inicial, centro poblado las Palmas, distrito de la Banda de Shilcayo-provincia San Martin-región San Martin,2018.

Abstract

Asumir el rol del liderazgo directivo en una institución educativa inicial es el principio de un gran reto, que permite hacer cambios y nos motiva a guiar con asertividad y eficiencia, este conjunto de interacciones educativas de manera que requiera trabajar en todas las dimensiones, fortaleciendo la gestión educativa con compromisos que conlleve a mejorar la enseñanza-aprendizaje, es por ello, que el presente Plan de Acción, denominado: Plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente para fortalecer la gestión curricular de la Institución Educativa Nº 172 Nivel Inicial, Centro Poblado Las Palmas, Distrito de La Banda de Shilcayo, provincia , provincia de San Martin y región San Martin, 2018, desarrollado en los estudios de la Segunda Especialidad en Gestión escolar con Liderazgo Pedagógico, para directivos de instituciones educativas de la educación básica, facilitado por la Universidad Marcelino Champagnat y el MINEDU; tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación a la práctica docente, para fortalecer la gestión curricular en una I.E. pública inicial del CP Las Palmas, participaron la docente y directora. En el trabajo realizado se hizo un diagnóstico del contexto, donde se encuentra ubicado la I.E, cuáles son, sus características de infraestructura, los servicios básicos con que cuenta y las condiciones socio económicas de los padres de familia y los niños. Así mismo a través del árbol de problema se puso identificar el problema principal, como también la técnica de la entrevista que se realizó a la docente dio más luces sobre el principal problema que tiene la I.E. Y es por ello que se presenta alternativas de solución, a través del árbol de objetivos, que nos ayudará a presentar propuestas utilizando la matriz de consistencia que se ira trabajando en el desarrollo del plan de acción. En el siguiente trabajo el tipo de investigación es aplicada, de nivel descriptivo, considerando que se busca conocer y describir para actuar, es decir fortalecer los desempeños y dinamizar la gestión curricular, siendo el enfoque abierto, flexible y holístico, ya que la indagación se desarrolla entre la acción y la interpretación. El diseño es de investigación acción participativa, involucrando a los actores e investigadores, es decir se indaga, describe y actúa a la vez en la Institución Educativa que deseamos. El presente plan de acción está orientado a fortalecer la práctica docente y la gestión curricular para el logro de los aprendizajes previstos, es así que en el proceso del desarrollo del siguiente trabajo, se está proponiendo alternativas, que nos permitirá implementar el MAE con estrategias que se adecuen, al contexto de la I.E, la cual nos llevará al fortalecimiento de una gestión curricular, que busca una educación de calidad.

Assuming the role of managerial leadership in an initial educational institution is the beginning of a great challenge, which allows us to make changes and motivates us to guide this set of educational interactions with assertiveness and efficiency in a way that requires working in all dimensions, strengthening the educational management with commitments that lead to improving teaching-learning, which is why this Action Plan, called: Plan for monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice to strengthen the curricular management of Educational Institution No. 172 Initial Level , Centro Poblado Las Palmas, District of La Banda de Shilcayo, province, province of San Martin and San Martin region, 2018, developed in the studies of the Second Specialty in School Management with Pedagogical Leadership, for directors of educational institutions of basic education , facilitated by the Marcelino Champagnat University and MINEDU; Its objective is to design a monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation plan for teaching practice, to strengthen curricular management in an I.E. initial public of the CP Las Palmas, the teacher and director participated. In the work carried out, a diagnosis of the context was made, where the I.E is located, what they are, its infrastructure characteristics, the basic services it has and the socio-economic conditions of the parents and children. Likewise, through the problem tree, the main problem was identified, as well as the interview technique that was carried out with the teacher, shed more light on the main problem that the I.E. And that is why alternative solutions are presented, through the objectives tree, which will help us present proposals using the consistency matrix that will be worked on in the development of the action plan. In the following work, the type of research is applied, at a descriptive level, considering that it seeks to know and describe in order to act, that is, to strengthen performance and energize curricular management, with an open, flexible and holistic approach, since the inquiry is develops between action and interpretation. The design is participatory action research, involving the actors and researchers, that is, it investigates, describes and acts at the same time in the Educational Institution that we want.

This action plan is aimed at strengthening teaching practice and curricular management to achieve the expected learning, so that in the process of developing the following work, alternatives are being proposed, which will allow us to implement the MAE with strategies that are adapted, to the context of the I.E, which will lead us to the strengthening of a curricular management, which seeks a quality education.
