En el presente trabajo de investigación titulado “El Síndrome de Burnout en los colaboradores de las instituciones educativas escolares”, se realizó mediante un estudio sobre el Síndrome de Burnout en los docentes, administrativos y personal, que está relacionado específicamente con la enseñanza en instituciones educativas escolares, y su relevancia en el ámbito académico, particularmente en la formación escolar. Se ha determinado y caracterizado las dimensiones, bajo las cuales se puede analizar la variable en estudio; y además se hace un análisis comparativo de los trabajos más relevantes, y antecedentes del presente estudio. Es necesario conocer cómo se pueden medir los síntomas de la variable estudiada, así como también los diferentes niveles de incidencia; y de igual importancia, la manera en la cual se debe de trabajar este síndrome, sus tratamientos e implicancias en su aparición. In this work titled "Burnout Syndrome in Collaborators of School Educational Institutions", a study is made on Burnout Syndrome in teachers, administrative and staff, which is specifically related to teaching in school educational institutions, And its relevance in the academic field, particularly in school education. The characteristics of the work stress, from mere preoccupations, to the emergence of burnt worker syndrome, which is the chronic expression of work stress, are deepened; In addition, it is characterized the advance that has experienced over the years, and the evolution of the concepts that are handled in the academic field. The dimensions have been determined and characterized, under which the variable can be analyzed; And also a comparative analysis of the most relevant works, and background of the present monographic study. It is concluded that it is very relevant for the appearance of work stress, the type of activity that is carried out at work, particularly in the academic field, where activities in school educational institutions can generate high levels of stress; That trigger the onset of the syndrome studied. It is necessary to know how the symptoms of the studied variable can be measured, as well as the different levels of incidence; And of equal importance, the way in which this syndrome must be worked, its treatments and implications in its appearance.
