Gestión curricular para la producción de textos en el vi ciclo de la Institución Educativa César Vallejo de Paucarbamba – Amarilis - Huánuco

Abstract

El trabajo académico que presentamos es de tipo cualitativo, pretende mejorar la gestión curricular para la producción de textos en el VI Ciclo la Institución Educativa César Vallejo de Paucarbamba-Amarilis- Huánuco. Se entrevistó a una muestra de 8 docentes previo a un diseño riguroso de la entrevista con el objetivo de identificar su apreciación sobre uso de estrategias para mejorar los resultados de la producción de textos de los estudiantes del VI ciclo de la I.E. César Vallejo de Paucarbamba. Se llegó a una conclusión que a continuación indicamos: El primer responsable y líder pedagógico de la gestión escolar es el director, quien es el encargado de mejorar la práctica pedagógica con la ayuda de sus docentes fortaleza y de esa manera influenciar a todos los docentes de la institución educativa en la mejora de los aprendizajes de sus estudiantes. El trabajo colegiado a nivel docentes, como estrategia permitirá mejorar la calidad educativa mediante el liderazgo distributivo y de esa manera desarrollarse profesionalmente con a la ayuda mutua entre pares. Es imprescindible el trabajo con los estudiantes en la Producción de Textos, pues solo de esta manera permitirá el apropiamiento de la escritura con sentido crítico, reflexivo, y con capacidad de emitir su opinión plasmada en un texto, posibilitando con ello ser eficiente en su entorno y la sociedad.

The academic work that we present is of a qualitative type, it aims to improve curricular management for the production of texts in the VI Cycle of the César Vallejo Educational Institution of Paucarbamba-Amarilis-Huánuco. A sample of 8 teachers was interviewed prior to a rigorous design of the interview with the objective of identifying their appreciation on the use of strategies to improve the results of the production of texts of the students of the VI cycle of the I.E. Cesar Vallejo de Paucarbamba. A conclusion was reached that we indicate below: The first person in charge and pedagogical leader of school management is the director, who is in charge of improving pedagogical practice with the help of his strength teachers and in this way influence all teachers of the educational institution in improving the learning of its students. Collegiate work at the teacher level, as a strategy, will improve educational quality through distributive leadership and thus develop professionally with mutual help among peers. It is essential to work with students in the Production of Texts, because only in this way will it allow the appropriation of writing with a critical, reflective sense, and with the ability to express their opinion embodied in a text, thereby making it possible to be efficient in their environment. and society.
