Gestion del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para optimizar la resolución de problemas matemáticos en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa N° 33066 - Nueva Independencia – Chinchao – Huánuco.

Abstract

El presente plan de acción llamado: Gestión del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para optimizar la resolución de problemas matemáticos en los estudiantes de la institución educativa N° 33066 - Nueva Independencia – Chinchao – Huánuco. Tiene como objetivo general: Gestionar el Monitoreo Acompañamiento y Evaluación para favorecer el desarrollo de competencias para la Resolución de problemas matemáticos en la Institución Educativa N° 33066 del Caserío de Nueva Independencia, Distrito de Chinchao, Provincia de Huánuco-Ugel Huánuco. Teniendo como participantes al Director, docente, padres de familia y los estudiantes Se desarrollará en la mencionada Institución Educativa con un maestro del nivel primario con tres grados a cargo, con un diseño de investigación acción participativa, donde se utilizó el instrumento: Ficha de observación y se obtuvieron como resultados que los docentes presentan dificultades al igual, que el director, este diagnóstico sirvió para realizar el replanteamiento pedagógico en el aula. Lo obtenido, en consideración a no ser un resultado, sino un proceso de implementación Monitoreo Acompañamiento y Evaluación, incorporando espacios de integración y presencia activa de los padres de familia para la mejora de los aprendizajes de sus hijos.

Having as participants the Director, teacher, parents and students It will be developed in the aforementioned Educational Institution with a primary level teacher with three grades in charge, with a participatory action research design, where the instrument was used: Observation sheet and it was obtained as results that the teachers present difficulties as well as the director, this diagnosis served to carry out the pedagogical rethinking in the classroom. What has been obtained, considering that it is not a result, but rather an implementation process, Monitoring, Accompaniment and Evaluation, incorporating spaces for integration and active presence of parents to improve their children's learning.
