Plan de convivencia escolar para fortalecer la participación y el clima escolar, en la Institución Educativa “José Olaya Balandra” de Chirapa, en el Alto Huallaga, distrito Yurimaguas, provincia Alto Amazonas, región Loreto, 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad fortalecer la gestión curricular, cuya situación problemática se identificó a partir del diagnóstico de los niveles de aprendizaje de los estudiantes y del entorno, identificando el problema materia de investigación denominado: “La Escasa Convivencia Escolar Limita la Participación y el Clima Escolar en la Institución Educativa José Olaya Balandra de Chirapa – Alto Huallaga, distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia de Alto Amazonas” que dificulta el fortalecimiento de la gestión curricular, y tiene como objetivo general: “Diseñar un Plan de Convivencia Escolar para Fortalecer la Participación y el Clima Escolar en la Institución Educativa de Chirapa, en el Alto Huallaga, distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia de Alto Amazonas, región Loreto, 2 018”. Como metodología se utilizó la investigación acción participativa, de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cualitativo y como instrumento de recojo de información la guía de entrevista, que permitió recoger información relevante de las necesidades formativas de los PP.FF., sobre la categoría objeto de estudio, para lo cual se determinan acciones que nos permitan planificar, implementar y evaluar el proceso de implementación curricular, cuya alternativa de solución es la elaboración de una “Propuesta de un Plan de Convivencia Escolar para Fortalecer la Participación y el Clima Escolar, en la Institución Educativa José Olaya Balandra de Chirapa, en el Alto Huallaga, distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia de Alto Amazonas, región Loreto”; para su viabilidad se revisó diferentes teorías que le dan el sustento pertinente. El presente plan está orientado a fortalecer el trabajo de los padres de familia vinculando las labores educativas y por ende al apoyo a la educación de sus hijos. Finalmente concluimos con lo siguiente: La Institución Educativa se configura como un espacio de Relaciones Sociales Complejas, donde Interactúan diversos grupos, que de manera general comparten Objetivos. La Gestión Curricular con Liderazgo Directivo, Dinamiza las Relaciones Interpersonales en la Comunidad Educativa e Instituciones Aliadas, Mejorando la Calidad de los Aprendizajes. La Convivencia Participativa con Relaciones Democráticas entre los miembros de la Comunidad Educativa Mejorará la Calidad de los Aprendizajes en los Estudiantes. Con las Acciones puesta en Marcha, se cumplirán los Objetivos del presente Plan, Mejorando la Vinculación Participativa de los PP.FF. y los Aprendizajes de los estudiantes para Solucionar la Problemática Priorizada.

As a methodology, participatory action research was used, of an applied type, with a qualitative approach and as an instrument for collecting information, the interview guide, which allowed collecting relevant information on the training needs of the PP.FF., on the category under study. , for which actions are determined that allow us to plan, implement and evaluate the curricular implementation process, whose alternative solution is the elaboration of a "Proposal for a School Coexistence Plan to Strengthen Participation and the School Climate, in the Institution Educational José Olaya Balandra de Chirapa, in Alto Huallaga, district of Yurimaguas, province of Alto Amazonas, Loreto region”; For its viability, different theories were reviewed that give it the relevant support. This plan is aimed at strengthening the work of parents by linking educational work and therefore to support the education of their children. Finally we conclude with the following: The Educational Institution is configured as a space of Complex Social Relations, where various groups interact, which generally share Objectives. Curricular Management with Directive Leadership, Dynamizes Interpersonal Relations in the Educational Community and Allied Institutions, Improving the Quality of Learning. The Participatory Coexistence with Democratic Relations between the members of the Educational Community will Improve the Quality of the Learning in the Students. With the Actions launched, the Objectives of this Plan will be fulfilled, Improving the Participatory Linking of the PP.FF. and the Learning of the students to Solve the Prioritized Problem.
