Propuesta de plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación a la práctica docente para fortalecer la gestión curricular de la Institución Educativa “Amalia del Águila Velásquez” del distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia de Alto Amazonas, región Loreto

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico tiene por finalidad fortalecer la gestión escolar y por ende la mejora la práctica pedagógica, la identificación del problema se realizó a partir del diagnóstico con la participación de la comunidad educativa teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del contexto, identificando el problema materia de investigación denominado: Propuesta de Plan de Monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación a la práctica docente, para fortalecer la gestión curricular de la Institución Educativa “Amalia del Águila Velásquez” del distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia de Alto Amazonas, región Loreto con el objetivo general, diseñar una propuesta de elaboración del PMAE a la práctica docente. En el presente Plan de Acción se utiliza como metodología la investigación acción participativa, de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cualitativo, empleando como instrumento para el recojo de información la guía de entrevista, el mismo que contenía un conjunto de preguntas con respecto a las variables que permitió recoger la información relevante respecto a la necesidad de monitoreo y acompañamiento a la práctica pedagógica de los docentes, para la cual se ha determinado un conjunto acciones que nos permita gestionar el tiempo adecuadamente, contar con un plan de MAE que responda a las necesidades e intereses de los docentes, asimismo utilizar estrategias adecuadas de acompañamiento en el aula; frente a ello se plantea la alternativa de solución: “propuesta de elaboración de plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación a la práctica docente para fortalecer la gestión curricular de la Institución Educativa “Amalia del Águila Velásquez”, para el logro de la propuesta se ha hecho la revisión de diferentes teorías que le dan el sustento a la propuesta.

The purpose of this academic work is to strengthen school management and therefore improve pedagogical practice, the identification of the problem was made from the diagnosis with the participation of the educational community, taking into account the needs of the context, identifying the problem that is the subject of research called: Proposal for a Monitoring Plan, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice, to strengthen the curricular management of the Educational Institution "Amalia del Águila Velásquez" of the district of Yurimaguas, province of Alto Amazonas, Loreto region with the general objective of designing a proposal for the elaboration of the PMAE to the teaching practice. In this Action Plan, participatory action research is used as a methodology, of an applied type, with a qualitative approach, using the interview guide as an instrument for collecting information, which contained a set of questions regarding the variables that allowed the collection of relevant information regarding the need for monitoring and accompaniment to the pedagogical practice of teachers, for which a set of actions has been determined that allows us to manage time properly, have a MAE plan that responds to the needs and interests of the teachers, as well as using adequate strategies of accompaniment in the classroom; Faced with this, the alternative solution is proposed: "Proposal for the preparation of a monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation plan for teaching practice to strengthen the curricular management of the Educational Institution "Amalia del Águila Velásquez", for the achievement of the proposal it has been done the review of different theories that support the proposal.
