Abstract

El presente trabajo académico “Gestión curricular en la competencia comprende textos escritos en la I.E. San Antonio de Padua de la provincia de Daniel Alcides CarriónPasco”, tiene por objetico general es contribuir en la gestión curricular en la competencia comprende textos escritos en la I.E. San Antonio de Padua de la provincia de Daniel Alcides Carrión – Pasco, participaran un directivo y docente del área de comunicación. El Diseño de Investigación Acción Participativa, es un método de estudio y acción de tipo cualitativo que busca obtener resultados confiables y útiles para mejorar situaciones colectivas, basando la investigación en la participación de los propios colectivos a investigar; se evidencia la necesidad de atender las dificultades identificadas en la comprensión de textos, cuyos resultados en el ECE 2016 en comprensión de textos arroja: Satisfactorio 0%, proceso 27,3%, inicio 45,5% y previo al inicio 27,3% de los estudiantes del segundo grado. Se diseñó y aplicó el cuestionario de manera profunda a una muestra de 2 docentes; con el propósito de identificar su percepción sobre el inadecuado gestión curricular en la competencia comprende textos escritos en la I.E. San Antonio de Padua de la provincia de Daniel Alcides Carrión - Pasco. Entre las conclusiones más resaltantes tenemos que: El director como líder pedagógico es el principal responsable de la gestión escolar, es quien debe formar líderes eficaces dentro de la Institución Educativa. Los docentes motivados moldearan su práctica pedagógica en su aula, mejorando con ello los aprendizajes de sus estudiantes. Las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje es una estrategia que va a permitir el trabajo a nivel docentes logrando mejorar la calidad educativa a través del liderazgo distributivo, el trabajo colaborativo, y el desarrollo profesional entre pares. Es indispensable trabajar con los estudiantes la competencia de comprensión de textos escritos, ya que ello les va a permitir leer con sentido crítico y reflexivo, que sean capaces de emitir su opinión o juicio sobre lo leído, permitiéndoles con ello ser competentes en la sociedad que les toca vivir.

Among the most outstanding conclusions we have that: The director as a pedagogical leader is the main person in charge of school management, he is the one who must train effective leaders within the Educational Institution. Motivated teachers will shape their pedagogical practice in their classroom, thereby improving the learning of their students. Professional learning communities is a strategy that will allow work at the teacher level, managing to improve educational quality through distributive leadership, collaborative work, and professional development among peers. It is essential to work with students on the comprehension of written texts, since this will allow them to read with a critical and reflective sense, to be able to express their opinion or judgment about what they have read, thus allowing them to be competent in the society that it's their turn to live
