Propuesta de un plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente para fortalecer la gestión curricular en la institución educativa Nº 0299 Agustin Cenepo Chujandama del centro poblado Tupac Amarú, Distrito de Chazuta, Provincia y Region San Martin, 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo del plan de acción denominado: Inadecuado Monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la practica docente, limita la gestión curricular en la Institución Educativa Nº 0299 “Agustín Cenepo Chujandama” del centro poblado Túpac Amaru, distrito de Chazuta, Provincia y Región San Martin, 2018. Realizado con profesores y profesoras de nuestro país que resulta ser una tarea muy interesante y las condiciones que se presentan en estos lugares alejados de las grandes ciudades. Dicho plan de acción se enmarca en la realidad la Institución Educativa Publica N° 0299 “Agustin Cenepo Chujandama”, que presenta diversas dificultades, donde no se ha logrado establecer un proceso de monitoreo y acompañamiento efectivo a los docentes, situación que ha provocado cierto desorden y poca coordinación del trabajo de la práctica docente en las diferentes áreas y obteniendo bajos resultados de aprendizaje de los estudiantes que atiende. El tipo de investigación es aplicada y el diseño es: Investigación e acción participativa, porque la problemática nace de toda la comunidad educativa. Para el recojo de la información utilice la técnica de la entrevista, con el instrumento guía de entrevista, donde se ha podido identificar que los docentes tienen dificultad en la práctica docente por no contar con el debido monitoreo y acompañamiento formativo. Para recoger información se ha aplicado una entrevista a cada docente para realizar la debida interpretación y proponer alternativas de solución y así hacer frente a la problemática.

The type of research is applied and the design is: Research and participatory action, because the problem arises from the entire educational community. To collect the information, use the interview technique, with the interview guide instrument, where it has been possible to identify that teachers have difficulty in teaching practice because they do not have proper monitoring and formative accompaniment. To collect information, an interview has been applied to each teacher to make the proper interpretation and propose alternative solutions and thus deal with the problem.
