Actitud hacia el trabajo en docentes de una Institución educativa particular acreditada y otra no acreditada de Lima

Abstract

La presente investigación buscó establecer la comparación de la actitud hacia el trabajo entre docentes de una institución acreditada y otra no acreditada de Lima, ambas de gestión privada. El diseño fue no experimental y de tipo descriptivo comparativo. Para la muestra de la institución educativa acreditada, se tomó en cuenta la población total de 38 docentes, mientras que, para la institución educativa no acreditada, se aplicó la técnica de muestreo aleatorio simple a una población total de 154 docentes, obteniéndose los 38 sujetos requeridos para la comparación y a quienes se les aplicó la Escala de Actitud hacia el Trabajo adaptada de Fernández Miranda (2014). Se halló que la actitud hacia el trabajo de los docentes de ambas instituciones es positiva, no obstante, comparativamente existe una diferencia significativa entre ambos, observándose mejor actitud hacia el trabajo en los docentes del colegio acreditado. Así también, se determinó que los docentes del colegio no acreditado expresan mayor satisfacción laboral que los del colegio acreditado, aunque las diferencias estadísticas no son significativas. En conclusión, los docentes del colegio acreditado demuestran mejor actitud hacia el trabajo que los docentes del colegio no acreditado, aunque la satisfacción con su entorno laboral no sea la esperada.

The present research sought to establish the comparison of attitude towards work between teachers of an accredited institution and another non - accredited institution of Lima. The design was non-experimental and descriptive-comparative. For the sample of the accredited educational institution, the total population of 38 teachers was taken into account, whereas for the non-accredited educational institution, the simple random sampling technique was applied to a total population of 154 teachers, obtaining the 38 subjects Required for the comparison and to whom the Attitude Scale adapted to the Work of Fernández-Miranda (2014) was applied. It was found that the attitude towards the work of the teachers of both institutions is positive, however, comparatively there is a significant difference between both, observing a better attitude toward work in the teachers of the accredited college. Likewise, it was determined that the teachers of the non-accredited school express greater job satisfaction than those of the accredited college, although the statistical differences are not significant. In conclusion, the teachers of the accredited school show a better attitude towards work than the teachers of the non-accredited school, although satisfaction with their work environment is not what is expected.
