Propuesta de un plan de convivencia escolar entre los docentes del nivel inicial de la institución educativa n° 00475 María Lizarda Vásquez López” de la ciudad de Moyobamba, región San Martin.
Resumen
Las dimensiones que articulan este trabajo, se estructuraron en torno a la temática de la convivencia Institucional, el clima escolar en la gestión educativa. Específicamente se pretendió conocer los aspectos de la convivencia Escolar en la institución educativa N°00475” MLVL”, en el nivel inicial que inciden en el clima escolar que allí se lleva a cabo, según las percepciones de los diferentes actores educativos. La realización de este estudio respondió a la necesidad de conocer aquellos aspectos que no son contemplados en los indicadores estandarizados relacionados con la convivencia institucional. Recordemos que la convivencia institucional es dinámica y específica de cada organización, es decir, es parte de la cultura escolar; por lo tanto, dado que según algunos estudios revisados dan a conocer que hay aspectos que permanecen ocultos los cuales potencialmente pueden incidir en el logro de los objetivos de la comunidad escolar, es decir, en los procesos de gestión. El objetivo general fue conocer los aspectos significativos de la convivencia institucional desarrollada en la institución educativa, específicamente en el nivel inicial que inciden en las relaciones interpersonales que allí se lleva a cabo y que están ausentes en los procedimientos del modelo de gestión de calidad, según las percepciones de los diferentes actores educativos El análisis de los datos fue realizado bajo la mirada de los temas del observador. Las teorías que sustentan y encuadraron este estudio, y que sirvieron de marco de referencia para interpretar los resultados del trabajo que se está realizando, de manera más sucinta y específica: El estudio se desarrolló basado en un diseño de corte cualitativo exploratorio, mediante un estudio de casos, ya que por una parte, el tema ha sido poco indagado según la literatura revisada, y por otra porque se pretendió conocer la construcción simbólica de los actores educativos sobre la realidad de la convivencia institucional y su incidencia en la gestión institucional. Specifically, it was intended to know the aspects of school coexistence in the educational institution No. 00475 "MLVL", at the initial level that affect the school climate that takes place there, according to the perceptions of the different educational actors.

Let us remember that institutional coexistence is dynamic and specific to each organization, that is, it is part of the school culture; therefore, given that according to some studies reviewed, they reveal that there are aspects that remain hidden which can potentially affect the achievement of the objectives of the school community, that is, in the management processes.
The general objective was to know the significant aspects of the institutional coexistence developed in the educational institution, specifically at the initial level that affect the interpersonal relationships that take place there and that are absent in the procedures of the quality management model, according to the perceptions of the different educational actors The analysis of the data was carried out under the gaze of the observer's themes.

The study was developed based on an exploratory qualitative design, through a case study, since on the one hand, the subject has been little investigated according to the literature reviewed, and on the other hand, because it was intended to know the symbolic construction of educational actors. on the reality of institutional coexistence and its impact on institutional management.
For this reason, and considering that school coexistence is unique in each educational institution, the case study allowed to deal in depth with the subject studied in a particular case and in a specific context, so it was optimal to address the problem and achieve the objectives. objectives set in this research
The people on whom the data was collected are the direct actors of the educational institution No. 00475 "MLVL" located in the Sn Martin Region, specifically in the district and province of Moyobamba; through the application of in-depth interviews to the coordinator, educators, and education assistant. To examine the information collected, a qualitative theorizing analysis was carried out in order to inductively understand the phenomenon under study. The validation of the emerged meanings responded to the objective of the study, through the analysis of four categories constructed from the emanated meanings .
From the results, it was concluded in general that there are characteristics of the coexistence developed between the different actors that some act as obstacles, and others as facilitators, that is, they can facilitate or hinder the practices of the school climate.
