Gestión curricular para fortalecer la práctica docente en el enfoque de resolución de problemas en el área de matemática de la I.E. n° 34039 “Gamaniel Blanco Murillo” de Ticlacayán

Abstract

Es la primera experiencia que nos toca ampliar un plan de acción, debido a que la mayoría de los docentes tienen serias dificultades en el manejo de gestión curricular, como en el dominio del enfoque de resolución de problemas matemáticos, en el uso de los materiales didácticos y la falta de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación pedagógica; en razón a ello, desplegamos un plan de acción, a fin de mejorar y anticipar las iniciativas más importantes que aquejan como un problema real durante el aprendizaje de la matemática de las niñas y niños, por ello proyectamos el objetivo de “Mejorar la gestión curricular para fortalecer la práctica docente en el enfoque de resolución de problemas en el área de matemática de la I.E. N° 34039 “Gamaniel Blanco Murillo” de Ticlacayán, este objetivo se logrará estableciendo de los responsables que se encargarán de su cumplimiento en tiempo y espacio, asimismo, permitiéndonos evaluar de las tareas, asignaciones, responsables, tiempo y recursos empleados. Para el acopio de la información del problema identificado, se hizo la contextualización del problema y se administró la entrevista en profundidad a una muestra de 10 docentes; con la finalidad de identificar su percepción sobre el problema detectado. Tipo de investigación: Aplicada y el diseño: No Experimental. El resultado quedará reflejado, en el manejo metodológico, didáctico del enfoque de resolución de problemas matemáticos, del uso correcto de los materiales didácticos y del constante monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación pedagógica.

It is the first experience that we have to expand an action plan, because most teachers have serious difficulties in the management of curricular management, such as in mastering the approach to solving mathematical problems, in the use of didactic materials and the lack of monitoring, accompaniment and pedagogical evaluation; Due to this, we deployed an action plan, in order to improve and anticipate the most important initiatives that afflict as a real problem during the learning of mathematics for girls and boys, for this reason we project the objective of "Improving curricular management to strengthen the teaching practice in the problem solving approach in the area of ​​mathematics of the I.E. N° 34039 "Gamaniel Blanco Murillo" of Ticlacayán, this objective will be achieved by establishing those responsible for its compliance in time and space, also allowing us to evaluate the tasks, assignments, responsible, time and resources used. For the collection of information on the identified problem, the problem was contextualized and the in-depth interview was administered to a sample of 10 teachers; in order to identify their perception of the problem detected. Type of research: Applied and design: Non-Experimental. The result will be reflected in the methodological, didactic management of the mathematical problem solving approach, the correct use of the didactic materials and the constant monitoring, accompaniment and pedagogical evaluation.
