Planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión curricular en la institucion educativa pública integral nº 00161 en la localidad de Miraflores, distrito Nueva Cajamarca, provincia Rioja, region San Martin, 2019.

Abstract

El diseño asumido es el de la investigación acción participativa, la técnica utilizada es la entrevista y el instrumento utilizado es la guía de entrevista semiestructurada, aplicado a 18 docentes, quienes participaron de manera voluntaria en las diferentes acciones previstas para su formulación, bajo un diseño de investigación acción participativa y utilizando la técnica de la entrevista, se elaboró el diagnóstico, cuyas conclusiones más importantes expresan que si bien es cierto que los docentes reconocen que la I.E. cuenta con una planificación curricular, sin embargo evidencian una deficiencia en la elaboración de la programacion anual, unidades de aprendizaje y sesiones, documentos que carecen de una correcta elaboración y aplicación en la gestion escolar, al mismo tiempo, identifican también que su elaboración no ha considerado el diagnóstico de la práctica docente. Es oportuno mencionar a partir del presente trabajo académico se fortalezca la implementación de la planificación curricular en la IE, reconociendo que son indispensable y que sin lugar a dudas se implementara en toda su profundidad.

The design assumed is that of participatory action research, the technique used is the interview and the instrument used is the semi-structured interview guide, applied to 18 teachers, who participated voluntarily in the different actions planned for its formulation, under a design of participatory action research and using the interview technique, the diagnosis was made, whose most important conclusions express that although it is true that teachers recognize that I.E. It has a curricular planning, however they show a deficiency in the preparation of the annual programming, learning units and sessions, documents that lack a correct preparation and application in school management, at the same time, they also identify that its preparation has not considered the diagnosis of teaching practice. It is opportune to mention from this academic work that the implementation of curricular planning in EI is strengthened, recognizing that they are essential and that without a doubt it will be implemented in all its depth.
