Abstract

El presente estudio sobre habilidades sociales busca dar a conocer la importancia y sus posibilidades de desarrollo en la práctica educativa como vía de equilibrio en la salud mental y afectiva de los docentes, facilitando la integración a un grupo o comunidad educativa. Por otro lado, es importante considerar las implicancias que pueda tener el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, cuya finalidad es una formación integral para que forme parte de la sociedad. Más todavía, asume que la agrupación de conductas dadas por una persona en un entorno interpersonal que expresa los diversos sentimientos, deseos, actitudes o derechos de la persona de un modo adecuado a la situación y que permite solucionar los problemas inmediatos del contexto mientras permite disminuir la probabilidad de futuros problemas.
