Clima Institucional desde la percepción de docentes de primaria de tres instituciones educativas públicas de Arequipa Norte

Abstract

La presente investigación da a conocer las principales investigaciones realizadas a través de los antecedentes internacionales, nacionales, locales realizados sobre la variable de estudio las cuales servirán de referencia para investigaciones posteriores. Así mismo se da a conocer la importancia del clima institucional a través de la justificación y su objetivo. Así mismo las definiciones, conceptos, dimensiones, tipos, características y principales teorías que sustentan el estudio del clima institucional. Dando a conocer como punto principal que el clima institucional es el ambiente generado en una institución en una institución y/o empresa que a partir de las vivencias cotidianas entre sus miembros.
