Propuesta de un plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación a la aplicación del plan lector para la mejora de la gestión curricular del nivel inicial de la I.E. “Jose Antonio Encinas Franco” del distrito y provincia de Moyobamba, región San Martín

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico consiste en la propuesta del Plan de Monitoreo, Acompañamiento y Evaluación a la Aplicación del Plan Lector para la Mejora dela Gestión Curricular del Nivel Inicial de la Institución Educativa “JOSE ANTONIO ENCINAS FRANCO” del distrito y provincia de Moyobamba, región San Martin, con el objetivo de diseñar un Plan de Monitoreo, Acompañamiento y Evaluación a la Aplicación del Plan Lector para la Mejora de la Gestión Curricular del Nivel Inicial de la I,E “José Antonio Encinas Franco”; cuyos participantes son 06 docentes del Nivel Inicial que harán posible de esta institución Educativa el logro de nuestro propósito. Desde el punto de vista del diseño de estudio, es Investigación Acción Participativa. Según Roberts, como se citó en Hernández et al (2014, p 501) “En estos diseños se resuelven una problemática o implementan cambios, pero en ello intervienen de manera más colaborativa y democrática uno o varios investigadores y participantes o miembros de la comunidad involucrada, para ello se utilizó como instrumento la guía de entrevista¸ el cual nos permitió: Levantamiento de diagnóstico, identificación de un problema, formulación de alternativas de solución, análisis de referentes conceptuales y teóricos, planteamiento de la propuesta. Al finalizar éste trabajo académico, concluimos que toda acción educativa debe ser planificada; debe partir del análisis del diagnóstico donde nos permita priorizar la problemática existente en la I.E., para luego plantear objetivos, y proponer las alternativas de solución asimismo realizar el monitoreo, el acompañamiento y la evaluación de todas las actividades educativas realizadas en el marco de la propuesta.

From the point of view of study design, it is Participatory Action Research. For this purpose, the interview guide was used as an instrument, which allowed us: Diagnostic survey, identification of a problem, formulation of alternative solutions, analysis of conceptual and theoretical references, approach to the proposal. At the end of this academic work, we conclude that all educational action must be planned; It must start from the analysis of the diagnosis where it allows us to prioritize the existing problems in the I.E., to then set objectives, and propose alternative solutions, as well as carry out monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of all educational activities carried out within the framework of the proposal. .
