Gestión curricular para mejorar el desempeño docente en una Institución Educativa Pública, Región Loreto

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación de plan de acción, gestión curricular para mejorar el desempeño docente en una institución educativa pública, región Loreto, tiene como objetivo: Elaborar un plan de fortalecimiento para mejorar la gestión curricular en la implementación de las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje en la I.E, se busca identificar el diseño de planificación más adecuado para desarrollar el trabajo profesional con los docentes la cual se debe conseguir al término de la investigación. Para el desarrollo del plan de acción se tendrá en cuenta la participación activa de 37 docentes, 06 administrativos, 820 estudiantes y 580 padres de familias quienes serán los beneficiarios de este trabajo, porque va a contribuir directa e indirectamente a todos en conjunto y principalmente los estudiantes, que van a contribuir con sus aprendizajes a la comunidad. El diseño de investigación es Investigación Acción Participativa y busca la interacción participativa y de colaboración entre miembros de la institución, que son actores directos y que promoverán desarrollar el trabajo de investigación, la cual permitirá plantear diversas acciones para resolver la problemática identificada.En el trabajo, los instrumentos a emplear serán las fichas de monitoreo y cuaderno de campo, estos permitirán recoger información necesaria con debilidades y fortalezas, que permitirá ver y analizar la realidad institucional, al tener datos relevantes como resultados, los cuales contribuirán plantear conclusiones, identificando si es importante las comunidades profesionales de aprendizajes en las instituciones educativas.

The objective of this action plan research work, curricular management to improve teaching performance in a public educational institution, Loreto region, is to: Prepare a strengthening plan to improve curricular management in the implementation of professional learning communities in The I.E, seeks to identify the most appropriate planning design to develop professional work with teachers, which must be achieved at the end of the investigation. For the development of the action plan, the active participation of 37 teachers, 06 administrators, 820 students and 580 parents of families who will be the beneficiaries of this work will be taken into account, because it will contribute directly and indirectly to all together and mainly the students, who will contribute their learning to the community. The research design is Participatory Action Research and seeks participatory and collaborative interaction between members of the institution, who are direct actors and who will promote the development of the research work, which will allow various actions to be proposed to solve the identified problem. In the work, the instruments to be used will be the monitoring sheets and the field notebook, these will allow the collection of necessary information with weaknesses and strengths, which will allow us to see and analyze the institutional reality, by having relevant data as results, which will contribute to draw conclusions, identifying if professional learning communities are important in educational institutions.
