Plan de acompañamiento en los procesos pedagógicos en una Institución Educativa Pública del Distrito de Iquitos, Región Loreto

Abstract

El presente trabajo de indagación titulado, Plan de Acción orientado al esfuerzo en conjunto de los maestros en el empoderamiento y aplicación de procesos pedagógicos, que fue priorizado luego del análisis de la problemática que afecta a los usuarios de la institución educativa, proponemos como objetivo general: Elaborar un plan de acompañamiento en la aplicación de los procesos pedagógicos en una institución educativa pública del distrito de Iquitos, región Loreto mediante el trabajo colegiado con los docentes. El Plan de Acción de acción se ejecutara con la participación de 10 docentes comprometidos con el trabajo educativos de la institución educativa, comprometiéndose a realizar el máximo esfuerzo con miras lograr mejores aprendizajes con los 180 estudiantes usuarios de estas prestigiosa casa de estudios.La búsqueda de alternativa para conseguir lograr el objetivo propuesto no llevo al diseño de una investigación acción participativa, la situación problemática que principalmente afecta a los usuarios de la institución se tomó del análisis del Informe de Gestión Anual, partiendo de esta problemática también se plantearon opciones para solucionar las disyuntivas y se organizan y presentan en el actual Plan de Acción como propuesta para ser ejecutado en el año 2019

The present work of investigation titled, Plan of Action oriented to the effort in group of teachers in the empowerment and application of pedagogical processes, that was prioritized after the analysis of the problems that affect the users of the educational institution, we propose as a general objective: Develop a plan of accompaniment in the application of pedagogical processes in an institution public school in the district of Iquitos, Loreto region through collegiate work with the teachers. The Action Action Plan will be executed with the participation of 10 teachers committed to the educational work of the educational institution, committing to make the maximum effort with a view to achieving better learning with the 180 student users of these prestigious house of studies. The search for an alternative to achieve the proposed objective did not lead to design of a participatory action research, the problematic situation that mainly affects the users of the institution was taken from the analysis of the Report of Annual Management, based on this problem, options were also proposed to solve the dilemmas and are organized and presented in the current Action Plan as proposal to be executed in 2019
