Gestión del clima institucional para favorecer la gestión escolar de la I.E. N° 32858 “Aparicio Pomares” de Vista Alegre – Huánuco 2018

Abstract

La desmotivada participación de padres de familia, en actividades educativas; me conlleva desarrollar el presente Plan de Acción con el objetivo fundamental de Mejorar la gestión del clima escolar para favorecer la gestión escolar de la I.E. N° 32858 “Aparicio Pomares” de Vista Alegre – Huánuco; teniendo como actores principales a los padres de familia (90), docentes (07) y personal administrativo (01). Esta problemática, surge como consecuencia de la aplicación de instrumentos de diagnóstico que permitió detectar las causas como: Escasa gestión del tiempo que favorezca la proyección comunal, escasa gestión del clima que compromete a los padres de familia para lograr los objetivos institucionales y escasa gestión de involucramiento a los padres de familia en el programa “Escuela para Padres”. Para revertir esta situación, se propone aplicar estrategias como: Proyección Educativo-comunal, Proyección de películas, Jornadas y Encuentros familiares, Festival gastronómico, “Escuela para Padres”; para hacer partícipes activos en la gestión escolar, tal como sostienen: Sulla Sumire, Julian: “La participación de los padres de familia en la gestión educativa de las Instituciones Educativas” (2017), Fúnez Fiallos, Dunia Patricia: “La Gestión Escolar y la participación de los padres de familia en el proceso educativo de sus hijos (2014). Para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto se aplicará la investigación acción y el tipo de estudio será aplicado, según Hugo Sánchez y Hugo Reyes. La conclusión de mayor preponderancia es que los docentes y los padres de familia constituyen un binomio que trasciende positivamente en la formación integral de los estudiantes.

The unmotivated participation of parents in educational activities; It involves me to develop this Action Plan with the fundamental objective of Improving the management of the school climate to favor the school management of the I.E. This problem arises as a consequence of the application of diagnostic instruments that allowed the detection of causes such as: Little time management that favors community projection, little climate management that commits parents to achieve institutional objectives and little management of Involvement of parents in the "School for Parents" program. To reverse this situation, it is proposed to apply strategies such as: Community-Educational Projection, Film Projection, Family Days and Meetings, Gastronomic Festival, "School for Parents"; to make active participants in school management, as stated by: Sulla Sumire, Julian: "The participation of parents in the educational management of Educational Institutions" (2017), Fúnez Fiallos, Dunia Patricia: "School Management and the participation of parents in the educational process of their children (2014). To achieve the proposed objective, action research will be applied and the type of study will be applied, according to Hugo Sánchez and Hugo Reyes. The most preponderant conclusion is that teachers and parents constitute a binomial that positively transcends the comprehensive training of students.
