Gestión curricular para orientar la planificación de las docentes de La Institución Educativa Inicial Independencia B -1 del Distrito de Alto Selva Alegre - Arequipa

Abstract

El presente plan de acción titulado: “Gestión Curricular para Orientar la Planificación de las Docentes de la I.E.I. Independencia B -1 del Distrito de Alto Selva Alegre, surge del análisis de nuestro contexto y responde a la problemática priorizada, el de considerar que el trabajo individualizado en la planificación curricular no permite lograr metas comunes y que los esfuerzos divididos también repercuten tanto en el clima laboral y también pueden crear situaciones conflictivas que pueden llevar a una ruptura de relaciones interpersonales donde el mayor perjudicado sería el alumno y por ende la Imagen Institucional. La gestión Curricular compromete un actuar reflexivo, por parte del personal directivo y docente, respecto a las actividades a realizar en el marco de una planificación donde se debe brindar un conjunto de insumos adecuados para la acción educativa, pero esto debe ir enlazado con el trabajo colaborativo y las habilidades interpersonales que este tipo de trabajo requiere , teniendo en cuenta que la visión a futuro deben ser metas comunes y viables que ayuden a los alumnos a la mejora de sus aprendizajes y a conseguir niños con desarrollo biopsicoscocial que el país necesita. Con la utilización de una adecuada metodología, y selección precisa del tipo y diseño de investigación participativa se ha llegado a establecer las causas y las consecuencias del problema percibido, por esta razón, es que en el presente Plan de acción se plantea como objetivo principal “Mejorar la Gestión Curricular para orientar la planificación de las docentes a través de la implementación de un trabajo colaborativo en la I.E.I. Independencia B-1, del distrito de Alto Selva Alegre- Arequipa” lo que permitirá en el encuentro profesional entre directivo y docente a través de la planificación , del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación mejorar el desempeño docente y lograr mejores aprendizajes.

Independence B -1 of the District of Alto Selva Alegre, arises from the analysis of our context and responds to the prioritized problem, that of considering that individualized work in curricular planning does not allow us to achieve common goals and that divided efforts also have an impact on the work environment and can also create conflictive situations that can lead to a break in interpersonal relationships where the most affected would be the student and therefore the Institutional Image. Curricular management commits a reflective action, by the management and teaching staff, regarding the activities to be carried out within the framework of a planning where a set of adequate inputs for educational action must be provided, but this must be linked to the work collaborative and interpersonal skills that this type of work requires, taking into account that the future vision must be common and viable goals that help students improve their learning and achieve children with biopsychosocial development that the country needs. With the use of an adequate methodology, and precise selection of the type and design of participatory research, the causes and consequences of the perceived problem have been established, for this reason, it is that in this Action Plan the main objective is " Improve Curricular Management to guide the planning of teachers through the implementation of collaborative work in the I.E.I. Independencia B-1, of the district of Alto Selva Alegre- Arequipa "which will allow the professional meeting between director and teacher through planning, monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation to improve teaching performance and achieve better learning.
