Plan de reformulación de planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión curricular en la Institución Educativa Emblemática Nº 65001 “Coronel Pedro Portillo” de Pucallpa

Abstract

La Institución Educativa Emblemática Nº 65001 Coronel Pedro Portillo de la ciudad de Pucallpa, en los años 2016 y 2017 ha evidenciado bajos niveles de desempeño, luego de su evaluación institucional a través del diagnóstico en el presente año, se verificó debilidades en la planificación curricular que influyen directamente en la gestión del currículo, dando como resultado bajos niveles de aprendizaje; en ese sentido, preocupados por la problemática y deseosos de mejorar el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes enfocado hacia el logro de una educación de calidad, se presenta la siguiente propuesta, que tiene como objetivo la reformulación institucional de la planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión del currículo, mejorando la práctica pedagógica y los niveles de aprendizaje; beneficiando a 40 docentes y 1250 estudiantes. El tipo de investigación adoptado es la Investigación Aplicada por su enfoque cualitativo de carácter abierto y flexible, en cuanto a su diseño se aplicará la Investigación Participativa porque participará toda la comunidad educativa para solucionar el problema planteado. Para determinar las fortalezas y dificultades de los docentes en cuanto a la planificación curricular y como parte del diagnóstico se aplicó un cuestionario con 5 preguntas referidos al tema y que nos arrojó las necesidades de fortalecimiento. Como consecuencia de ello, y a fin de revertir esta problemática, se presenta esta propuesta de plan de acción para fortalecer la gestión curricular, centrada en la reformulación de la planificación curricular existente con la elaboración pertinente de documentos curriculares como la Programación Anual, Unidades Didácticas y Sesiones de Aprendizaje. El presente trabajo académico concluye indicando que con una adecuada y pertinente planificación curricular se elaboran documentos curriculares de corto plazo que van a permitir aprendizajes de calidad en los estudiantes.

The type of research adopted is Applied Research due to its open and flexible qualitative approach, in terms of its design Participatory Research will be applied because the entire educational community will participate to solve the problem posed. To determine the strengths and difficulties of teachers in terms of curricular planning and as part of the diagnosis, a questionnaire was applied with 5 questions referring to the subject and which showed us the strengthening needs. As a consequence of this, and in order to reverse this problem, this action plan proposal is presented to strengthen curricular management, focused on the reformulation of the existing curricular planning with the pertinent elaboration of curricular documents such as the Annual Programming, Didactic Units and Learning Sessions. The present academic work concludes by indicating that with an adequate and pertinent curricular planning, short-term curricular documents are elaborated that will allow quality learning in the students.
