Gestión curricular en el manejo de recursos y materiales educativos en los docentes del nivel inicial de la Institución Educativa San Francisco del Distrito de Characato - Arequipa

Abstract

El presente Plan de Acción, nos permitirá Mejorar la Gestión Curricular en el manejo de Recursos y Materiales Educativos, mediante un Plan de fortalecimiento en la actuación pedagógica, con un enfoque colaborativo en los docentes del nivel inicial de la institución educativa San Francisco del distrito de Characato – Arequipa. El Plan de Acción podrá ser implementado siempre y cuando se cuente con el aporte de la comunidad educativa como la directora, docentes en general y padres de familia. Es importante porque permite el desarrollo docente, muestra la mejora de los aprendizajes; para alcanzar el presente Plan Acción me propongo el objetivo general, Mejorar la Gestión Curricular en el manejo de recursos y materiales educativos, mediante un Plan de fortalecimiento en la actuación pedagógica, con un enfoque colaborativo en los docentes del nivel inicial de la institución educativa San Francisco del distrito de Characato - Arequipa, así mismo atender los objetivos específicos: Implementar estrategias en el uso de material educativo , Promover el trabajo colaborativo que fortalezca uso de manejo de recursos y materiales educativos y Fortalecer el Acompañamiento y monitoreo en recursos y materiales educativos. Esta acción me permitió reflexionar acerca del rol pedagógico, la aplicación de estrategias para la construcción, como base en los aprendizajes de los niños. El hacer uso de estrategias pertinentes para atender la diversidad respetando los estilos y ritmos de aprendizajes, concientizar y motivar a los padres sobre el interés por la educación de sus hijos, como en la Construcción y uso de los Recursos Didácticos.

This Action Plan will allow us to Improve Curricular Management in the management of educational resources and materials, through a Strengthening Plan in pedagogical action, with a collaborative approach in the teachers of the initial level of the San Francisco educational institution of the district of Characato - Arequipa.

The Action Plan may be implemented as long as there is the contribution of the educational community such as the principal, teachers in general, and parents.

It is important because it allows teaching development, shows the improvement of learning; To achieve this Action Plan, I propose the general objective, Improve Curricular Management in the management of educational resources and materials, through a Strengthening Plan in pedagogical performance, with a collaborative approach in teachers of the initial level of the educational institution San Francisco from the district of Characato - Arequipa, likewise to meet the specific objectives: Implement strategies in the use of educational material, Promote collaborative work that strengthens the use of resource management and educational materials and Strengthen the Accompaniment and monitoring of educational resources and materials.

This action allowed me to reflect on the pedagogical role, the application of construction strategies, as a basis for children's learning. Making use of relevant strategies to attend to diversity, respecting learning styles and rhythms, raising awareness and motivating parents about their interest in their children's education, as well as in the construction and use of teaching resources.
