Plan de fortalecimiento docente orientado al uso de los recursos tecnológicos XO para mejorar la gestión curricular en la Institución Educativa N°64999 - Yarinacocha.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación acción- participativa; denominada, Plan de fortalecimiento docente orientado al uso de los recursos tecnológicos XO para mejorar la gestión curricular en nuestra institución educativa, teniendo como objetivo general el diseño del plan de fortalecimiento docente orientado al uso de los recursos tecnológico XO para mejorar la gestión curricular en la Institución Educativa; la misma que está constituida de manera directa por trece docentes de aula y de manera indirecta por 324 estudiantes del nivel primaria. Parte de la preocupación por brindar los espacios necesarios para que los docentes puedan atender la demanda pertinente y eficaz, las necesidades de aprendizaje en función al interés de los estudiantes y el Currículo Nacional que propone como reto dentro del perfil de egreso el uso de las TICs ya que desde la gestión se tuvo una limitada participación al no implementarla, hecho que se evidenció en el seguimiento y monitoreo realizado en las aulas donde participan de manera directa los trece docentes de aula y de manera indirecta los estudiantes. La metodología empleada es de tipo aplicada porque se pretende en un corto plazo, tener docentes preparados en el uso de la tecnología, con estudiantes utilizando las XO en su aprendizaje, para lo cual se aplicó un diseño de investigación - acción - participativa por el involucramiento de todos los docentes; a los cuales se les aplicó una ficha de entrevista para conocer sus apreciaciones sobre el dominio que presentan en el uso de la tecnología y las razones por las cuales no la utilizan, sistematizando sus conclusiones. Se tomaron aportes de Viviane Robinson, en el uso responsable de los recursos con que cuenta la Institución y las investigaciones de tesis consultadas quienes concluyen que el uso de las tecnologías favorece de manera positiva los aprendizajes. Motivada por la necesidad propuesta decide asumir con responsabilidad la función directiva y reta nuestra capacidad de líder para involucrar en un mismo horizonte a nuestra comunidad educativa a romper esquemas para lograr nuestras metas de tener estudiantes bien preparados para asumir un futuro diferente que responda a sus necesidades. Las necesidades de aprendizaje de los docentes en lo referente al uso de las XO, generará en ellos mismos confianza y seguridad, mejorando la parte pedagógica frente a sus estudiantes, para quienes es parte de su vida cotidiana y ven con entusiasmo la participación directa y significativa su encuentro en la escuela con las TICs.

Contributions were taken from Viviane Robinson, in the responsible use of the resources available to the Institution and the thesis investigations consulted, who conclude that the use of technologies favors learning in a positive way. Motivated by the proposed need, she decides to assume the managerial function with responsibility and challenges our leadership capacity to involve our educational community in the same horizon to break schemes to achieve our goals of having students well prepared to assume a different future that responds to their needs. . The learning needs of teachers in relation to the use of the XO, will generate confidence and security in themselves, improving the pedagogical part in front of their students, for whom it is part of their daily life and they are enthusiastic about direct and significant participation. their encounter at school with ICTs.
