Gestión curricular en función a las caracteristicas de los estudiantes y su entorno en el ciclo básico del Cetpro Señor de los Milagros Circa del distrito de Paucarpata - Arequipa

Abstract

El presente Plan de acción denominado Orientación y promoción de la participación del equipo docente en la gestión curricular en función a las características de los estudiantes y su entorno en el ciclo básico del CETPRO Señor de los Milagros CIRCA del distrito de Paucarpata – Arequipa, nace por la necesidad de dar solución a una problemática recurrente en el CETPRO que año tras año venia soslayando las necesidades e intereses de las estudiantes; para tal caso se plantea el objetivo general denominado Fortalecer la orientación y promoción de la participación del equipo docente en la gestión curricular en función a las características de los estudiantes y su entorno, a través de la implementación de un Plan de trabajo colegiado. Los participantes son los docentes que junto al directivo buscarán la mejora de los aprendizajes de las estudiantes. El tipo de investigación utilizada es la Aplicada, el diseño utilizado es la investigación acción y el enfoque cualitativo, Los instrumentos para la elaboración del Plan de acción están determinados por: levantamiento del diagnóstico, el cual se ha realizado mediante el análisis de documentos y entrevistas a través de la aplicación de encuestas o por la técnica del focus group. También se ha podido analizar referentes conceptuales y teóricos, referidos a las dimensiones de Gestión curricular y MAE de la alternativa de solución del Plan de acción. Durante el proceso de elaboración del Plan de acción, se puede rescatar muchas lecciones aprendidas, desde el aprendizaje a través del error, hasta las diversas experiencias encontradas a nivel nacional e internacional que se asemejan al presente trabajo académico que servirán de ayuda en futuros trabajos que se harán. Este Plan de acción es el fruto de mucho esfuerzo, que parte de una realidad personal y profesional, no es un invento es algo real por lo tanto es muy útil en el CETPRO, ya que es un insumo para futuros trabajos que se realizarán a su interior y por tanto se merece ser aplicado en este año 2019, ese es mi compromiso.

The type of research used is Applied, the design used is action research and the qualitative approach. The instruments for the elaboration of the Action Plan are determined by: survey of the diagnosis, which has been carried out through the analysis of documents and interviews. through the application of surveys or by the technique of the focus group. It has also been possible to analyze conceptual and theoretical references, referring to the dimensions of Curriculum Management and MAE of the alternative solution of the Action Plan. During the process of elaborating the Action Plan, many lessons learned can be rescued, from learning through error, to the various experiences found at the national and international level that are similar to the present academic work that will help in future works that will be made. This Action Plan is the result of a lot of effort, which starts from a personal and professional reality, it is not an invention, it is something real, therefore it is very useful in CETPRO, since it is an input for future work that will be carried out at its discretion. interior and therefore deserves to be applied in this year 2019, that is my commitment.
