Gestión de la convivencia escolar en La Institución Educativa 40206 del distrito de Hunter - Arequipa

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico titulado “Gestión de la Convivencia Escolar en la Institución Educativa 40206 del Distrito de Hunter-Arequipa”, se enfoca en la dimensión de clima institucional, específicamente en la convivencia escolar que es básico para generar las condiciones para el aprendizaje, siendo necesario para este proceso constructivo el involucramiento y participación de todos los miembros de la Institución Educativa. El objetivo general planteado es, mejorar la gestión de la convivencia escolar, mediante la Implementación de un Plan de Fortalecimiento de la Convivencia Escolar en la Institución Educativa 40206 del distrito de Hunter-Arequipa y los participantes son todo el personal docente. El diseño del presente Plan de Acción es el de la Investigación Acción Participativa, bajo el enfoque de investigación cualitativa, las técnicas a utilizar son la entrevista y la observación y los instrumentos son la guía de entrevista, el cuaderno de campo y la ficha de monitoreo. Para el levantamiento del diagnóstico se empleó la técnica del focus group con su instrumento una guía de preguntas, en la identificación del problema causas y alternativas de solución, se utilizaron el árbol de problemas y el árbol de objetivos, en cuanto al análisis de los referentes conceptuales se tuvo en consideración la amplia literatura académica al respecto y enfoques actuales. El presente plan de acción está orientado a fortalecer el clima institucional, para lograr relaciones humanas armoniosas, fraternas y solidarias, creándose de esta manera las condiciones óptimas para un buen aprendizaje.

The design of this Action Plan is that of Participatory Action Research, under the qualitative research approach, the techniques to be used are interview and observation and the instruments are the interview guide, the field notebook and the monitoring sheet. . For the lifting of the diagnosis, the focus group technique was used with its instrument, a guide of questions, in the identification of the problem, causes and alternative solutions, the problem tree and the objective tree were used, in terms of the analysis of the referents. conceptual studies, the extensive academic literature on the subject and current approaches were taken into consideration. This action plan is aimed at strengthening the institutional climate, to achieve harmonious, fraternal and supportive human relations, thus creating optimal conditions for good learning.
