Programa de formación continua de la gestión curricular que favorece la aplicación de la evaluación formativa, en una Institución Educativa Publica, Región Loreto

Abstract

El presente trabajo plan de acción, tiene por objetivo principal diseñar un programa de formación continua para docentes en actividad, orientado a desarrollar la evaluación formativa en su trabajo pedagógico de los docentes de una institución educativa que atiende los niveles de primaria y secundaria del distrito de San Juan bautista de la región de Loreto En este trabajo participaron todos los docentes de una institución educativa EBR que cuenta con primaria y secundaria, cuyo diseño de investigación empleado es acción participativa, los instrumentos las entrevistas tomadas al docente, las actas de notas de los estudiantes 2017 resultados de la ECE2016 ambos niveles y el informe de gestión anual 2017 que sirvieron para plasmar la problemática existe en la IE. Es de vital importancia que los profesionales educativos de la institución educativa trabajen con la evaluación formativa el cual es fundamental porque define la enseñanza efectiva pues a partir de ella se valora constantemente el desempeño de nuestros estudiantes y es la única manera de saber si lo que se ha enseñado a sido aprendido y a partir de la información obtenida en este caso la evidencia, sirve para usar como retroalimentación, modificando las formas del proceso pedagógico en lo que están involucrados nuestros estudiantes

The main objective of this work plan of action is to design a continuous training program for teachers in activity, aimed at developing the formative evaluation in their pedagogical work of the teachers of an educational institution that attends the primary and secondary levels of the district of San Juan bautista from the Loreto region All the teachers of an EBR educational institution that has primary and secondary school participated in this work, whose research design is participatory action, the instruments, the interviews taken with the teacher, the minutes of notes of the students 2017 results of the ECE2016 both levels and the annual management report 2017 that served to capture the problem that exists in the IE. It is of vital importance that the educational professionals of the educational institution work with formative evaluation, which is fundamental because it defines effective teaching, since from it the performance of our students is constantly evaluated and it is the only way to know if what is has taught has been learned and from the information obtained in this case the evidence, serves to use as feedback, modifying the forms of the pedagogical process in which our students are involved
