Gestión del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación en el uso de materiales del MED en el desarrollo de las sesiones de aprendizaje de las docentes de la I.E.I N° 141 “Héroes de Jactay” – Las Moras- Huánuco

Abstract

En el marco de desarrollo de la Segunda especialidad en Gestión Escolar con Liderazgo Pedagógico y en mi condición de directora designada de a I.E Inicial N° 141 “Héroes de Jactay” El presente Plan de Acción ha sido elaborado con la finalidad de atender la problemática priorizada que afecta directamente los aprendizajes de los niños y niñas del nivel inicial de la Institución Educativa N° 041 “ Héroes de Jactay”, está referido al mal uso de los materiales educativos del MED en las sesiones de aprendizaje. Desde mi rol como directora y teniendo en cuenta los Compromisos de Gestión, se hace necesario ejercer liderazgo pedagógico para desarrollar estrategias que involucren a los docentes y permitan revertir el problema existente. El primer capítulo está referido a la Identificación del problema, contextualización del problema, donde se ubica a la Institución Educativa y los aspectos de la realidad comunal que influyen en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, se describe también las características del grupo de destinatarios que son los docentes que tienen a cargo las secciones que están considerados en la I.E.I, los estudiantes y padres de familia, En el segundo capítulo está referido a los referentes conceptuales y experiencias exitosas donde abordó 2 antecedentes nacionales, internacionales y los aspectos conceptuales en base a las causas consignadas en el árbol de problema. En el tercer capítulo se abordó el tipo de investigación y el diseño de investigación y en el cuarto capítulo la implementación del diseño, implementación y plan de monitoreo allí se adhiere los anexos.

Within the framework of the second Specialization in School Management, the general objective of this work is to carry out monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation management for teachers for the proper use of MED educational materials in the development of I.E learning sessions. I No. 141 "Heroes of Jactay" - Las Moras- Huánuco-2018. The design is participatory action research, the instrument used was the interview guide that was applied to 8 teachers with questions related to the use of materials, and the results were not favorable, since of the 8 teachers, they do not use the materials. of the MED for fear of deterioration or loss there is added, that their classroom rules are not clear regarding the care and sharing of materials and their daily activities the results of learning achievements are not favorable, since they are not significant. The conclusions reached were that misuse of the materials given by the teachers does not contribute to the development of capacities, abilities, skills, attitudes, etc. of children, a good use of educational materials from the MED contributes and generates significant and lasting learning in children, it is good to emphasize that children under 6 years of age learn by manipulating, exploring one of the characteristics of our students is that they learn by giving free reign to their perceptual abilities there is the use of materials.
