Gestión curricular para mejorar la comprensión de textos escritos en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa N° 32792 de Picuroyacu Bajo.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene su origen en un estudio reflexivo acerca de cuáles eran los problemas más álgidos por los que atravesaba la Institución Educativa y qué debíamos hacer las docentes que laboramos ahí, así como los estudiantes y sus padres de familia para solucionar dicha problemática convirtiéndose así en una meta personal el remontar los resultados obtenidos hasta la fecha. De tal manera que se plantea un conjunto de acciones que se concretan en un Plan de Acción denominado: GESTIÓN CURRICULAR PARA MEJORAR LA PRÁCTICA DOCENTE DEL NIVEL PRIMARIA EN COMPRENSIÓN DE TEXTOS ESCRITOS DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA N° 32792 DE PICUROYACU BAJO el mismo que tiene como objetivo general “Promover la Gestión curricular en la comprensión de textos escritos a través de Grupos de Interaprendizaje en la Institución Educativa N° 32792 de Picuroyacu Bajo.” Considerando que la I.E. cuenta con 01 docente, 32 estudiantes del nivel primaria liderados por un directivo. La investigación realizada es aplicada ya que como el problema es conocido por el investigador debe buscar soluciones respondiendo a preguntas específicas; se utilizó instrumentos como la guía de entrevista para reconocer el conocimiento y aplicación de los procesos didácticos en comprensión de textos escritos y la encuesta para recoger información sobre el uso de material didáctico en la comprensión de textos escritos por parte de la docente. Cuyos resultados demuestran el inadecuado manejo de los procesos didácticos, poco uso del material didáctico, así como la insuficiente calidad de los GIAS que desarrolla el directivo. En conclusión, se ha considerado que el rol del directivo en la Gestión Curricular cumple una función importante ya que como líder pedagógico tiene en sus manos no solo la buena marcha de la Institución Educativa sino también la conducción de los saberes que los maestros aplican en las aulas, por esa misma razón se desarrollarán talleres para fortalecer la aplicación de los procesos didácticos y el uso de los materiales educativos y se implementará el protocolo de los GIAs para la mejora de la Gestión Curricular.

This research work has its origin in a reflective study about which were the most critical problems that the Educational Institution was going through and what we, the teachers who work there, as well as the students and their parents, should do to solve these problems, thus becoming a personal goal to improve the results obtained so far. In such a way that we propose a set of actions that are concretized in an Action Plan called: CURRICULAR MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE THE PRIMARY LEVEL TEACHING PRACTICE IN WRITTEN TEXT COMPREHENSION IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION N° 32792 OF PICUROYACU BAJO which has as general objective "To promote curricular management in the understanding of written texts through Interlearning Groups in the Educational Institution N° 32792 of Picuroyacu Bajo". Considering that the I.E. has 01 teacher, 32 students of the primary level led by a director.

The research carried out is applied, since the problem is known by the researcher who must seek solutions by answering specific questions; instruments such as the interview guide were used to recognize the knowledge and application of the didactic processes in the comprehension of written texts and the survey to collect information on the use of didactic material in the comprehension of written texts by the teacher. The results show the inadequate management of didactic processes, little use of didactic material, as well as the insufficient quality of the GIAS developed by the manager.

In conclusion, it has been considered that the role of the manager in the Curricular Management fulfills an important function since as a pedagogical leader he/she has in his/her hands not only the good progress of the Educational Institution but also the conduction of the knowledge that the teachers apply in the classrooms, for that same reason workshops will be developed to strengthen the application of the didactic processes and the use of the educational materials and the GIAs protocol will be implemented for the improvement of the Curricular Management.
