Gestión de la comunidad profesional de aprendizaje para una planificación curricular que favorezca el desarrollo de competencias en los estudiantes de la I.E. 32929 - Señor de Exaltación - Pachachupan – Chinchao – 2018.

Abstract

La realidad educativa peruano, nos muestra que existen muchos factores que hay que mejorar, uno de ellos es la programación curricular, que es un aspecto primordial para la ejecución adecuada y lograr aprendizajes fundamentales partiendo de sus saberes previos, con esa referencia el presente Plan de Acción, aspira mejorar la programación de los docentes que guie al logro de desempeños de los alumnos, poniendo en práctica la reunión colegiada como comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje (CPA), como apoyo a la formación de los maestros, de la Institución Educativa. N° 32929 “Señor de Exaltación”, incluyendo veintisiete maestros comprometidos, quinientos treinta y cuatro alumnos y trecientos treinta y tres madres, padres y tutores. El presente trabajo realizado ostenta un diseño de tesis de investigación acción interactiva, para tal efecto se ha empleado el instrumento de la encuesta, donde recogió toda la información importante y necesaria, arribando a la conclusión en el marco de las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje, de incentivar una cultura colaborativa para mejorar la planificación curricular de acuerdo a las recomendaciones del Currículo Nacional de la Educación Básica (CNEB), con talleres de actualización docente, con el monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación docente, GIA, RTC, que encamine a la solución de la problemática detectada, y por ende el fortalecimiento de capacidades profesionales de los docentes para conseguir resultados positivos en los alumnos.

The Peruvian educational reality shows us that there are many factors that must be improved, one of them is the curricular programming, which is a fundamental aspect for the adequate execution and to achieve fundamental learning based on their previous knowledge, with that reference the present Plan of Acción, aspires to improve the programming of teachers that guides the achievement of student performance, putting into practice the collegiate meeting as professional learning communities (CPA), as support for the training of teachers, of the Educational Institution. N° 32929 “Lord of Exaltation”, including twenty-seven committed teachers, five hundred and thirty-four students and three hundred and thirty-three mothers, fathers and guardians. The present work carried out has an interactive action research thesis design, for this purpose the survey instrument has been used, where all the important and necessary information was collected, reaching the conclusion within the framework of professional learning communities, of encourage a collaborative culture to improve curricular planning according to the recommendations of the National Curriculum for Basic Education (CNEB), with teacher updating workshops, with monitoring, accompaniment and teacher evaluation, GIA, RTC, which leads to the solution of the problem detected, and therefore the strengthening of professional capacities of teachers to achieve positive results in students.
