Toma de Decisiones en docentes de primaria de tres instituciones educativas públicas de Arequipa Norte

Abstract

La presente investigación presenta un conjunto de información sobre la toma de decisiones. El estudio sobre este fenómeno, tiene una finalidad fundamental presentar un marco teórico- conceptual y establecer la influencia que tiene la toma de decisiones con la productividad que hoy en día se tiene dentro de las organizaciones. La toma de decisiones es muy importante para que cada una de los docentes puedan tener mejor desempeño laboral, y su productividad sea mucho más eficiente y realicen su trabajo con armonía, En la presente investigación se da a conocer las etapas de la toma de decisiones, los tipos de la toma de decisiones en la tipología por niveles y tipologías por métodos; los ambientes al momento de tomar una decisión y los criterios que se debe de tomar en cuenta y demás sustentos teóricos de la variable estudiada.

The present research presents a set of information about the decision making. The study on this phenomenon, has a fundamental purpose to present a theoretical-conceptual framework and establish the influence that has the decision-making with the production that today has within the organizations. Decision-making is very important so that each document has a better work performance and its productivity is much more efficient and perform their work with harmony, In the present investigation, the stages of the decision making are made, the types of decision making in the typology by levels and the typologies by methods; the environments at the moment of making a decision and the criteria that must be taken into account and other theoretical supports of the variable studied
