Síndrome de Burnout en los colaboradores de tres instituciones educativas escolares públicas de Moquegua

Abstract

Esta investigación se propone explorar y proveer evidencias empíricas de las relaciones entre el síndrome de burnout en los colaboradores de las instituciones educativas escolares y el nivel de bienestar psicológico. Se profundizan las características del estrés laboral, desde meras preocupaciones, hasta la aparición del síndrome del trabajador quemado, que es la expresión crónica del estrés laboral; además se caracteriza el avance que ha experimentado a lo largo de los años, y la evolución de los conceptos que se manejan en el ámbito académico. Se concluye que es muy relevante para la aparición de estrés laboral, el tipo de actividad que se ejecuta en el trabajo, particularmente en el ámbito académico, en donde las actividades en las instituciones educativas escolares, pueden generar niveles de estrés altos; que desencadenen en la aparición del síndrome estudiado.

It is concluded that it is very relevant for the appearance of work stress, the type of activity that is carried out at work, particularly in the academic field, where activities in school educational institutions can generate high levels of stress; That trigger the onset of the syndrome studied. It is necessary to know how the symptoms of the studied variable can be measured, as well as the different levels of incidence; And of equal importance, the way in which this syndrome must be worked, its treatments and implications in its appearance.
