Nivel de Desempeño docente en docentes de primaria de tres instituciones educativas públicas de Ilo

Abstract

En la presente investigación titulada El desempeño docente en las instituciones educativas, se busca realizar una investigación documental de lo que los docentes en su labor diaria en las aulas utilizan, ya sea un conjunto de técnicas, estrategias didácticas, métodos, y experiencias con el objetivo de que sus alumnos logren interiorizar los conocimientos, y de esta manera puedan presentar un nivel aceptable de formación básica regular. Sin embargo, algunos docentes trabajan metodologías idóneas, pero otros no lo hacen. Puede incluso afirmarse que existen docentes que “improvisan” sus sesiones de aprendizaje. Por ello se hace necesario evaluar este aspecto tan trascendente para detectar factores y situaciones anómalas en el quehacer diario de los docentes. Considerando que la labor del docente en el aula es el factor más importante que garantiza el aprendizaje significativo y el rendimiento de los educandos, por consiguiente, la evaluación del desempeño docente es pieza fundamental en el mejoramiento de la calidad educativa en los países desarrollados y de los que quieren desarrollarse. Por ello, se ha determinado y caracterizado las dimensiones, bajo las cuales se puede analizar las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación; y además se presentan los trabajos más relevantes y antecedentes dela presente investigación.
