Cultura Organizacional en docentes de primaria de tres instituciones educativas públicas de Camaná

Abstract

En el presente trabajo titulado El clima organizacional en las instituciones educativas, se abordará un tema vigente y de suma importancia en la actualidad. La cultura organizacional es el medio que permite moldear las conductas de los individuos, compartiendo el mismo lenguaje, tecnología, conocimientos, recompensas y sanciones, donde uno de los roles más importantes del gerente es dar forma a la cultura organizativa, considerándola como el impulsador del éxito en las organizaciones. Se necesita que las instituciones educativas preserven una cultura organizacional que garantice el aprendizaje de los educandos y su adaptación a los acelerados cambios tecnológicos, buscando mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza de manera continua. Se ha determinado y caracterizado las dimensiones, bajo las cuales se puede analizar las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación; y además se hace un análisis comparativo de los trabajos más relevantes, y antecedentes del presente estudio.

Organizational culture is the means to shape the behaviors of individuals, sharing the same language, technology, knowledge, rewards and sanctions, where one of the most important roles of the manager is to shape the organizational culture, considering it as the driver of the Success in organizations. Therefore, it is necessary that the educational institutions preserve an organizational culture that guarantees the learning of the students and their adaptation to the accelerated technological changes, seeking to improve the quality of the education in a continuous way. The dimensions have been determined and characterized, under which the Information and Communication Technologies can be analyzed; And also a comparative analysis of the most relevant works, and background of the present monographic study.
