El Compromiso Organizacional en docentes de primaria de tres instituciones educativas públicas De Islay

Abstract

El presente trabajo monográfico titulado “Compromiso organizacional en docentes”, tiene como propósito profundizar en las características del compromiso organizacional, y la interacción con la actividad educativa, además se prioriza el avance que se ha evidenciado a lo largo de los años, y por lo tanto debemos considerar la evolución de aquellos conceptos que se manejan en el ámbito educativo. Se ha definido las características bajo las cuales se puede analizar la variable en estudio; y además se realiza un análisis comparativo de los trabajos más resaltantes, así como los antecedentes al estudio monográfico. Concluimos que como definición se entiende que el compromiso organizacional es el grado en que un trabajador se involucra con una entidad específica y las metas que requiera, además el deseo de mantener su relación con ella.

The present monographic work entitled "Organizational Commitment in Teachers", is focused on studying the evolution and organizational commitment of educational institutions; the paper intends to frame this monographic research in the organizational commitment demonstrated by the teachers in the educational institutions. The purpose is to deepen the characteristics of organizational commitment, and interaction with educational activity, in addition to prioritizing the progress that has been evidenced over the years, and therefore we must consider the evolution of those concepts that are handled in the educational field. The characteristics under which the variable under study can be analyzed; and also a comparative analysis of the most outstanding works, as well as the background to the monographic study. We conclude that as a definition it is understood that organizational commitment is the degree to which a worker engages with a specific entity and the goals that it requires, and wishes to maintain its relationship with it.
