Compromiso Organizacional en docentes de primaria de tres instituciones educativas públicas de Tacna

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene un carácter teórico, trata sobre la evolución, desarrollo y se reconoce la importancia del compromiso organizacional en las instituciones educativas, se profundizan sus características, y su relación con la actividad educadora, además se analizan las dimensiones y se fundamenta los conceptos que se manejan en el ámbito académico; también se hace un análisis comparativo de los trabajos más relevantes, y antecedentes del presente estudio monográfico. Al finalizar, se concluye que el compromiso organizacional es el grado en que un empleado se identifica con una organización en particular y las metas de ésta, deseando mantener su relación con ella ya que ven cumplidos sus objetivos personales al laborar en dicha institución.

In this work, research is carried out on the evolution, development and recognition of the importance of organizational commitment in educational institutions, their characteristics are deepened, and their relation with the educative activity, besides analyzing the dimensions and based the concepts that are handled in the academic field; also a comparative analysis of the most relevant works, and background of the present monographic study. At the end, it is concluded that the organizational commitment is the degree to which an employee identifies with a particular organization and the goals of the organization, wishing to maintain its relationship with it and that they fulfill their personal goals to work in that institution.
