Compromiso organizacional docente en instituciones educativas públicas de primaria del Datem del Marañón, región Loreto

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el compromiso organizacional docente en instituciones educativas públicas del nivel primaria del Datem del Marañón, región Loreto. El diseño de estudio fue no experimental transeccional de alcance descriptivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 70 docentes seleccionados mediante el muestreo intencional criterial. El instrumento utilizado para el recojo de datos fue el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional de Meyer y Allen (1991) y se llegó a concluir que existe buen compromiso organizacional docente en las dimensiones normativa, afectiva y de continuidad.

The objective of this study was to determine the level of use of teaching strategies for the acquisition of reading writing in public institutions of the district of Ilo . The study design was non-experimental transectional of descriptive scope. The sample consisted of 50 students of the primary level selected through exhaustive sampling. The questionnaire has been used to evaluate the literacy process (CPLE). It was concluded that the use of teaching strategies for the acquisition of reading writing in public institutions in the district of Ilo is optimal.
