Clima institucional en las instituciones educativas públicas de inicial de la red Shungo Amauta y Banda de Shilcayo de la UGEL San Martín

Abstract

El objetivo general de la investigación fue describir el clima institucional en los centros educativos del nivel inicial de las redes educativas de Shungo Amauta y Banda de Shilcayo de la UGEL San Martín. El diseño de investigación fue descriptiva simple y la muestra estuvo conformado por 54 docentes. Los resultados muestran que el clima institucional es regular y se llegó a concluir que el clima institucional en los centros educativos públicos de inicial de la Red Shungo Amauta y Banda de Shilcayo de la UGEL San Martín, es regular.

The general objective of the research was to describe the institutional climate in the educational centers of the Kindergarten level of the educational networks of Shungo Amauta and Banda de Shilcayo of the UGEL San Martín. The research design was simple descriptive and the sample consisted of 54 teachers. The results show that the institutional climate is regular and it was concluded that the institutional climate in the initial public educational centers of the Shungo Amauta and the Band of Shilcayo Network UGEL San Martín is regular.
