Gestión curricular en el desarrollo de los procesos didácticos para la resolución de problemas matemáticos en los docentes del nivel inicial de la I E N° 145 Del Sector 5, San Luis Amarilis - 2018

Abstract

El plan de acción parte de un diseño de investigación de tipo cualitativo, la mira es de mejorar los niveles de logro en el área de matemática en los estudiantes del nivel inicial, sobre el cual se elaboró y se usó la técnica de entrevista a profundidad y cuya muestra es 3 docentes; la finalidad es de recoger información acerca del conocimiento y manejo de los procesos didácticos del área de matemática, que esto va ayudar a tener mejores logros; según las conclusiones que resaltan es que el rol directivo marca una diferencia muy elevada en la gestión escolar de la institución, brindando la atención debida a los docentes para se sientan motivadas en mejorar su práctica docente ya que el monitoreo y acompañamiento va fortalecer el trabajo directivo y docente. El trabajo colegiado y colaborativo que consideramos dentro del plan de acción es una estrategia para el trabajo grupal entre docentes, lo cual va permitir fortalecer dudas y confusiones a cerca de la práctica docente en aula, partiendo del trabajo colaborativo y unido todos con un mismo fin. Por ello es necesario trabajar con el estudiante la resolución de problemas, partiendo de sus necesidades, intereses, respetando sus estilos y ritmos de aprendizajes para que fortalezcan el sentido crítico, reflexivo y sean capaces de solucionar problemas de la vida diaria.

The collegiate and collaborative work that we consider within the action plan is a strategy for group work among teachers, which will strengthen doubts and confusion about teaching practice in the classroom, based on collaborative work and united with the same goal. . For this reason, it is necessary to work with the student to solve problems, based on their needs, interests, respecting their learning styles and rhythms so that they strengthen their critical and reflective sense and are able to solve problems of daily life.
